Will certainly return to stay at the property.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful people, very close to temple, clean big room

Cons:

No restaurant at the property though food orders were taken and delivered. Dinner was available quite late then our usual dinner time overseas, but not sure if people in general have late dinner.

A clean hotel at a very convenient location
Pros:

location was ideal for temple visit

Cons:

They did not have a restaurant in the property but had to bring food from their property about 100 mts away.
There was no tea or coffee making facility in the rooms though a kettle was provided.
When we have to get ready at 5 am for darshan, it is impossible to get a cup of tea.
The hotel must be asked to provide tea bags, sugar etc in the rooms

Okay, for the place and price. However a wow element was missing
Pros:

1)The size for the room was a plus.
2) Distance to the Ramathswamy temple was very close

Cons:

1)The room was a sea facing room however there was construction happening at my window Room no 3004
2) The WiFi was a disappointment, had too many fall offs through the day, a basic need today.
3) The cleaning lady was cleaning the washroom, in the process took the tea cups in the washroom and put it back, serious huge concern. Not okay by any standard.
4) complimentary Breakfast had very little options

Excellent temple proximity, but poor service, misleading amenities, and inadequate room maintenance
Pros:

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's location. It is conveniently situated very close to the East Gate of the Ramanathaswamy Temple, making temple visits easy and accessible, especially for pilgrims and tourists. Apart from the convenient location, I did not find any other aspect of the property that met my expectations in terms of hospitality, room comfort, amenities, or customer service.

Cons:

There were several issues that significantly affected my stay. The reception staff were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills expected in the hospitality industry. The room had a serious mosquito problem, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The hotel also advertised a Tea/Coffee Maker in all rooms on Booking.com, but this facility was not provided in my room, which was misleading and disappointing. In addition, the staff were generally not welcoming or helpful when assistance was needed. Overall, the service quality, room maintenance, and guest experience were far below expectations.

Cons:

Stromausfall oft, laut auf dem Gang, man darf nur zu zweit einchecken. Alleine darf man nicht übernachten

Good Stay.
Pros:

It is almost 200 m away from east gate of temple.

Cons:

Staffs were not much co-operative. You have to keep reminding them of the asks.
