Sehr zuvorkommendes und herzliches Personal, Essen hat einen Fine- Dining- Touch, regionale Küche rundet das Erlebnis ab und die Spa- Experience hebt das Hotel als Konzept definitv in eine exklusive Ebene.

Entspannte Auszeit zu Zweit
Pros:

Schöne Lage in den sanften Hügeln des Schwarzwalds mit Weitsicht. Gepflegte Gartenanlage, stylishe Architektur, geräumiges sauberes Zimmer, freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Grosse hauseigene Tiefgarage mit zahlreichen geräumigen gratis Parkplätzen. Das grundsätzlich vegetarische vorgegebene Tischlein-Deck-Dich-Menü-Konzept (Fisch/Fleisch beim Abendessen dazu wählbar) beim Frühstück und Abendessen hat uns gefallen und geschmeckt. Beim Frühstück sehr gute Auswahl an weiteren Speisen auf Bestellung verfübar und am ergänzenden Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Bei der Effizienz der Prozesse im Restaurant sehen wir das grösste Optimierungspotenzial. Es schien zum Teil etwas durcheinander. So hat zB der später eingetroffe Nebentisch beim Abendessen den ersten Gang vor uns bekommen, beim Frühstück gingen Bestellungen bei uns und am Nebentisch vergessen und wir haben anstatt der angekündigten 10 Minuten ganze 30 Minuten auf das Dessert gewartet, da die Kellnerin den bevorstehenden Feierabend akribisch vorbereitet hat, aber dabei 10 Mal an unseren leeren Gläsern und Flaschen vorbeigelaufen ist. Dafür 1 Punkt Abzug für den ansonsten super schönen Aufenthalt.

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Es hat sich wieder einmal gezeigt, dass die Menschen das Wichtigste sind, und hier waren alle einfach großartig – von der Rezeption bis hin zum Personal im Restaurant. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, einen Aufenthalt mit Halbpension zu buchen, denn das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Dazu kommt die wirklich wunderschöne Umgebung eines sehr eleganten Wellness-Resorts mit tollem Design. Sehr angenehm sind auch die reichhaltig bestückte, kostenlose Minibar und die kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage, deren Design an einen James-Bond-Film erinnert :-) So sollte eine Premium-Unterkunft aussehen.

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt über ein ausgeklügeltes Heiz- und Kühlsystem, das jedoch im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Klimaanlage leicht enttäuschend sein kann. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Ventilator im Badezimmer, der sich von selbst einschaltete und uns störte. Angesichts der Ausrichtung des Hotels auf Wellness könnte es im Zimmer mehr Platz zum Trocknen feuchter Kleidung geben.

Location, food, hotel, environment, swimming pool. Hotel, environment, food and location are excellent!

Cons:

Bed linen was not changed during our stay of 6 days. There is not enough closet space in the room. The employees are confused, they need better organisation. We told them that we speak English and they spoked English with us one time, but when they came back they spoke German. 90 percent of them did the same.

Phantastisch! Wir kommen wieder 🥰
Pros:

Es war einfach alles perfekt! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und konnten uns richtig entspannen. Die Einrichtung, das Design, die Ausstattung, die Mitarbeiter, das Essen, die Landschaft, das Spa - einfach alles ein Traum!

Stress ist ein Fremdwort.
Pros:

Frühstück ist einfach nur top. Die Tischlein-deck-dich-Formel ist absolut kreativ und überrascht immer aufs Neue. Schöne Auswahl, gute Qualität. Man muss auch sagen, dass sich die Gäste sich sehr respektvoll und gediegen am Buffet benehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nie aufdringlich. Stress ist ein Fremdwort auf der Luisenhöhe.

Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Mais on m’a proposé un cooler. La chambre était faite très tard le premier jour mais in y a remédié le deuxième. Les serviettes de piscines ne sont pas apparentes

Cons:

Les repas du soir n'étaient pas top et la climatisation au restaurant allumée du matin au soir nous obligeant à porter un pull en plein été.

Eine meiner schlimmsten Erfahrungen. Kleines Bett. Unbequeme, kleine und unpraktische Kissen. Im Aufenthaltsraum gab es weder Kaffeemaschine noch Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war für ein durchschnittliches Hostel unterirdisch. Die Klimaanlage war kompliziert und umständlich. Nachts brannten die Lichter unter dem Bett wie in einem Horrorfilm. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice, oder falls doch, ist er funktionsunfähig. Insgesamt halte ich das Drei-Sterne-Hotel für minderwertig. Ich werde dort nicht wieder übernachten.

Incompréhensible qu'ils aient 2 clés Michelin
Pros:

L'architecture et les extérieurs étaient très agréable.

Cons:

A notre arrivée, ils nous ont donné une chambre qui n'était pas celle que j'avais réservé (le lit était minuscule, mes jambes dépassaient de 40cm), ils n'ont pas pu me donner la bonne chambre jusqu'au lendemain et aucun geste commercial n'a été fait malgré une chambre inférieur à celle que j'avais réservé. Le menu imposé au restaurant pour un prix forfaitaire de 95 Euro par personne, si vous ne voulez pas manger dans le restaurant, le bar dispose d'un choix vraiment très limité pour vous nourrir ce qui n'est pas très appréciable, portion très petite, qualité moyenne et coût élevé. Les transats extérieurs étaient pris d'assaut, pas de place sauf si vous vous levez tôt. Le personnel ne nous a pas mis au courant des activités incluses dans l'hôtel. Toutes les informations liées à l'hôtel sont uniquement en allemand, on devait demander plusieurs fois des menus en anglais. Nous avions pris des cigares, une unique table fumeur est disponible pour l'hôtel, elle était prise d'assaut et jamais débarrassée.
