Sehr gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind äusserst bequem und gross.
Das Hotel-Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch die Service Angestellten verdienen Höchstnoten, da sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Konzept beim Frühstück bzw. Abendessen.
Die Tische sind nahe zueinander angeordnet mit minimalsten Abständen zum Tischnachbarn. Wer sich gerne auch mit anderen Hotelgästen unterhält, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Werde bestimmt wiederkommen, sehr nahe zu Basel mit geniale Erholungswert
Pros:

Sehr schönes Gebäude minimalistisch gehalten, in Beton,schiefer und sehr schönem Holz hochwertig verarbeitet. Besonders lebenswert ist die Küche. Es wird am Tisch serviert auch am Morgen das gibt ein schönes Premium Erlebnis am Abend in der Palme Blick auf die schöne Landschaft ist einmalig.

Cons:

Leider gibt es zu wenig Therapiemöglichkeiten für Massagen oder Pflege unbedingt im Voraus reservieren.

Wir hatten ein wunderbar entspanntes Wochenende, mit tollen Massagen und sehr leckerem Essen!

Top Lage mit toller Aussicht...

Und das "Tischlein deck dich" Frühstück mit vielen kleinen schmackhaften Köstlichkeiten, hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und war super lecker!

Cons:

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden!

Tolle Aussicht. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmerboden Beton! Keine Duschabtrennung, mitten in der Nacht hat sich lauter Abluftventilator durch Feuchesensor eingeschaltet. Kein Innenpool! Chaotische Bedienung der Wallbox.

Wir kommen nicht mehr.
Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen und doch nahe an Freiburg war schön. Auch Gebäude und Ausstattung waren ansprechend.

Cons:

Service, Personal und Dienstleistung waren absolut enttäuschend und niemals 5 Sterne wert. Wenn man mal was zu trknken oder essen will, wartet man lange und vieles gibt es nicht. Keine kleine Platte zum Wein, keinen Drink mehr um 22 Uhr etc. Cafe ohne Zucker etc.

Magnifique expérience gustative et de zénitude.
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique : moderne et parfaitement intégré à la nature. Nous y avons découvert une cuisine gastronomique inventive et délicate. A tendance végan mais toujours avec la possibilité d'y ajouter de la viande ou du poisson. Tout respire le calme et le bonheur dans cet hôtel. Certainement grâce à la grandeur d'âme des responsables et la gentillesse du personnel.
