Pros:

Lovely small 1 bedroom apartment in a older building. Has a full kitchen. A bit noisy outside including at night.

Pros:

Our stay here was pleasant. The space is a bit cramped like most apartments in Europe but it was clean. It could use a bit of upkeep: for instance one of the windows didn’t latch securely and the pull out bed had a broken cross-bar that made it sag. There were also some odd problems like we couldn’t find a plug for the kitchen drain or get the TV to work. But we were there in a heat wave and the street was quiet enough to have the window open all night. It’s also on a main subway line which was excellent.

Pros:

We were pleased with this apartment. It was bright and spacious. We received clear instructions to access the apartment and were able to arrange early check-in. The neighbourhood was diverse and had many dining options. I worried it may be noisy but after 7 pm it was very quiet. Access to metro was perfect. Only concern we had was the very hot water temperature. Caught us off guard. We would stay there again.

Overpriced even for Paris!
Pros:

This is not an Aparthotel. It’s a normal appartment, no reception and it was not possible to reach anybody to try to change the booking. The apartment was much smaller, than it looked on the pictures, and the upper level on the Maisonette is really just a crawlspace. It wasn’t so clean, several things need to be repaired.
Overall it’s just very overpriced, even for paris standards and the worst thing is, that it pretends to be an Aparthotel, but it’s not.
