部屋に洗濯機まであるなど滞在型にも向いている施設と感じました。

とりあえずは満足でした。
Pros:

とても綺麗で設備も良く連泊だったので洗濯など出来たりクローゼットに洋服もかけたり出来て助かりました。
駅からもすごく近いのと、周りにお店がたくさんあってコンビニまで目のまま、すごく便利な場所にありました！金浦国際空港利用の際はここが良いなーと思いました(^^)

Cons:

私はあまり値段が変わらないから1人だけどツインルームにしましたが、シングルを予約した友達も全員ベッド二つあったしみんなツインルームみたいな部屋だったと聞いてわざわざツインを予約した私との差はどこにあったんだろう？？って疑問に思ってました。階数も私のが1番下のほうでした。

공항에서 가깝고 지하철 발산역에서 가장 가깝고 청결한 편이고, 가성비가 좋습니다.

Pros:

立地が良いです。9番出口から近くキャリーが重い場合も7番出入口ならエレベーターもありホテルからも遠くありません。使用してませんがドラム式洗濯機、レンジがありました。お部屋に水が1日2本付いてたのが良かったです。

Cons:

シャワー、トイレ、洗面の所が臭いました。

Wir werden auch unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Seoul hier verbringen.
Pros:

Meine Frau und ich waren nach 2024 zum zweiten Mal dort. Wir schätzen das Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, unweit der Metro-Station Balsan (Linie 5). Die Linie 5 bringt einen über 21 Stationen (klingt viel, ist aber tatsächlich kein Problem) z. B. nach Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), wo man in die Linie 4 umsteigt und nach 2 bzw. 3 Stationen mitten im Herzen der Stadt ist, Man bekommt in der lebhaften unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels alles was man braucht, Frühstück, leckeres Essen, Department Store etc.

Cons:

Unter Berücksichtigung des günstigen Preises fehlt eigentlich nichts.

Pros:

지하철 5호선이 3분 거리에 있어서 이동이 편리했어요. 무료주차라서 좋았고 객실 청결도가 좋지 않다는 리뷰를 많이 봐서 객실 청결도에 조금 신경이 쓰였지만, 객실도 깨끗했습니다. 마지막 날 침대 밑에 누군가가 버린 나무젓가락 봉지만 보이지 않았다면 만점을 줄 수 있었을텐데...조금 아쉬운 부분입니다. 객실을 담당하시는 메이드분들께서 청소하실 때, 침대 아래 바닥도 깨끗하게 청소해 주시면 좋겠어요...

객실내 보이지 않는 곳도 청소를 했음 좋겠습니다. 그리고 화장실도 락스를 사용해서 때를 좀 불려서 청소를 하면 좋겠어요..
