The area, it was close to bus stations to go everywhere and there is restaurants around
The bathroom needs deep cleaning it has mold around everywhere.
Great location near to the University and the ferries, quiet compared to the busy section just the other side of the main road. Family business, warm welcome, large room, comfortable bed. Really good value for money.
Cleaning could've been bit better (there's a kitchenette with a fridge but wasn't that clean, and water under shower block meant bathroom smelled a bit, but left fan on for a while and it was OK).

The location is perfect, but the room out of services, the bed was very bad, and not stable
The bathroom was very bad, and the air conditioner did not working well, at early morning it was freezing
Very good overall with excellent and helpful staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise being much better than expected.
The only criticism we have was a quantity of hair (other guests presumably) blocked the shower tray waste, allowing water to flow over the rim. We rectified the problem by removing the haIt.

The location is ok
The room is very small , AC is not working, very warm and no fresh air, no view, very old, no breakfast ,no facilities, the twin room has one comfortable bed and the other was not!I booked 12 nights and paid the full amount on arrival before I see the room and after only one night I decided to check out and find another hotel. I tried to refund the remaining nights but the manager refused to refund any money, I talked to her many times but she insisted on zero refund. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
