Excellent choice.
Pros:

It is very peaceful, staff and owner are very, very friendly and helpful. Food is great.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AND SO WAS SCHUBERT THE OWNER / MANAGER. House keeping and staff competence can be bettered. The food was also very good. I think, I would have personally prefered to pay about 4000/- additional and instead checked into Taj Palolem

A beautiful setting taken care of by beautiful people!
Pros:

Absolutely everything was perfect. We were recommended this place by a friend who lives in Goa and I’m so glad we booked it. It’s slightly off the beaten path but on the most beautiful beach. The huts are beautiful, like you’re on a honeymoon safari but with the sound of the ocean at night. mr Schubert and his team are a prime example of excellent Indian hospitality. The beds are comfortable, the gardens are kept to a high standard, the food in the restaurant is 10/10 and there’s also an amazing cafe Zest next door. We will be back to stay again.

Alles!
Besonders der Besitzer Schubert. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und gleich alle Besonderheiten über die Anlage, den Strand, die Tiere und viele weitere Details informiert.
Die Anlage besteht aus 6 Hütten und zwei Ferienwohnungen. Alle Unterkünfte sind zwar relativ einfach gebaut aber gut und mit Liebe zu Details ausgestattet, man hat alles was man in einem Hotel erwartet.
Der Mittelpunkt der Anlage ist die Bar, die den ganzen Tag eröffnet ist (8:30 bis 22:30). Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich, alle Gerichte schmecken sehr gut. Der Koch ist so gut und so flexibel, dass man auch Gerichte bestellen kann, die nicht auf der Speisekarte stehen.
Auf Nachfrage gibt es kostenlose Strandtücher und Strandstühle.
Das Personal inklusive des Besitzers versucht immer alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen und zu übertreffen, dabei sind es überhaupt nicht aufdringlich.
Es herrscht eine sehr angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre.
Der Strand ist direkt vor der Anlage, ist sauber und wird ständig überwacht.

Wir würden gerne noch einmal hierher kommen!

Pros:

Location, food, staff, rooms were cozy. Property being pet friendly made the stay even more beautiful. Pets have ample space to run around and easy access to the beach.

Fantastic option in southern Goa
Pros:

Fantastic personnel, service minded and always willing to help, not the least the owner who is very pleasant and attentive to his guests. Excellent restaurant, from what we could try one of the very best in the area: we tried only places with top rating and typically more expensive than this one where you can taste top notch dishes like their paneer (the best I ever had in India, not just during the vacation in Goa) or the big shrimp signature dish. Location is fantastic, on a clean wide beach, never overcrowded - quite the contrary. Simple and practical yet romantic rooms. The layout of the cottages is very smart, you have the beach and the restaurant/bar right there and still you have privacy - not the same in other places we happened to see. Very clean, no fastidious insects, no bugs, no traces of other unpleasant parasites. At a reasonable price point. If we go back to southern Goa, we go back to this place.

Cons:

Bathroom could be improved, it looks a bit shabby with those white plastic profiles at eye level. But what to say, you don't spend so much time in the bathroom.

Will definitely be back. the hot water is fixable - the place is gorgeous and quiet.
Pros:

Hot water didn't work well. Had to have cold showers. Food is decent but nearby restaurant - Zest - is fab.
