Would recommend for the interesting area alone but the house also served us well

A comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.
Pros:

We liked all the space, which is hard to find in Tokyo. The weather was very hot but this apartment had excellent air conditioning, and space to relax in the cool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with small double beds and one with a single bed and a cot. There is no bathroom or toilet on this floor. In the middle floor there is the kitchen, lounge, dining and a toilet. The ground floor has a double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a washing machine, and plenty of places to hang washing to dry. This was a comfortable place for 5 adults to spend a week. The kitchen had a large fridge, and all the equipment we needed. There are 2 train stations within 10 minutes walk. The location was very quiet at night.

Cons:

The apartment is in a narrow street, so it wasn’t possible for us to be dropped off and picked up from the exact location. We had to walk a few minutes to a wider street. Also the stairs are narrow and steep. These features were not an issue for us, but could be a concern if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with mobility.

Great location, clean and tidy apartment, fun time for all.
Pros:

Excellent location in lively neighborhood and walking distance to Shinjuku. We had everything we needed. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children.
