Peaceful stay in a resort like space
Pros:

The property itself is very beautiful. The temple located within the property is amazing. Rooms are quite big and bathrooms are big and clean. Toiletries provided were of premium quality.

There are a lot of activities and the spa is very nice too.

A special mention for Anant, who manages the activities. Most of the staff are extremely courteous and polite.

Cons:

The location is in the middle of nowehere and the roads leading up to the hotel for about (3kms) from either side is painfully dug up. Trimbakeshwar temple is a 15mins rigorous drive away. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel for quite a distance.

When you are trying to match up to international standards, it has to be portrayed everywhere. The only restaurant shuts down by 9.30, post which there is no option available cor you to get food. I had a puja early morning and was promised a coffee and fruit platter the night before. But at 7am I was informed that staff only comes in at 8am and nothing can be provided. Quite frustrating. This was a first for me in a hotel that breakfast starts at 8.

Bathroom had no hand towels and the bed could have been better.

Room was provided to me 30mins late during checkin and on the day of checkout, i was packing up and got delayed by 20mins, kept receiving calls to vacate.

During checkout, staff kept pushing me to give a review on the spot, which felt a bit forced.

Pros:

The experience was one of a kind. Food was so good. The staff's behaviour was so generous.
Every single staff member was so good and polite with us. Took inhouse spa . The therapist was awesome with really great skills.Definitely a 5 star rating. Looking forward to staying with more properties by Elivaas ♥️♥️

Cons:

You just do not know how to respect and cordially comfort guests. There is not a single consideration may it be our driver accommodation or giving us an opportunity to rest in the restaurant once we had checked out.
