Классный отель
Pros:

Классный отель - уютные номера, свежий современный ремонт, тихо, хотя расположение в самом центре. Завтрак был нормальный - разнообразный, за свои деньги хорошо. Вкусный омлет под заказ.

Cons:

Приходили к 11 на завтрак и некоторые блюда были уже остывшие.

A quick 1-night stay in Kutaisi in a central location
Pros:

Good stay for 1-2 nights - we had a twin room and beds were comfortable and room was pretty big, with a table, mini fridge and a wardrobe.
- The location was also pretty central and close walk to everywhere.

Cons:

- The shower wall in the bathroom doesn't stop the water going everywhere, so the entire bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower.

- The staff doesn't speak English and so we received no instructions about breakfast etc.

- The address on booking.com is wrong and we ended up taking a taxi to somewhere up the road instead, had to walk down for 5 minutes which is fine but we would have struggled to find the place without internet.

- The place looks better in pictures

Sehr zentral, sauber, freundlich :)
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Parken an der Strasse war kein Problem es waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Park, Cafés, Geschäfte… zu erreichen.

Pros:

nice room, breakfast is good (not super special as promised, but fine)

Cons:

in our room there were little ants which next day were all over our laggage and we found them days later on us or in our things

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The room was big, nice, modern and clean. Located in the center of Kutaisi what permits to visit everything. Very friendly and polite staff.

Clean, modern hotel in the centre.
Pros:

Perfect location, in a center, yet not in the middle of main road, so not much noise. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking is not a problem. Close Proximity to shops, grocery, park. Breakfast was modest, but with all necessary options you would expect form such hotel.

Cons:

Hotel is family managed, almost never you can find person on frontdesk -incase questions. No coffee tea in room (teapot is there) doors are not soundproof and while checking in at 4 am, I woke up with loud Staff conversation at 8:30 am.

If you feel like walking to most attractive places this location is for you!
Pros:

Great location, with free parking area. I was pleasantly surprised with excellent facilities. Friendly staff - visitors oriented! Nice breakfast.

Cons:

I did not find anything disliking during my 2 night stay.

Our room was clean and tidy, we had everything we need.
Breakfast was good.

כל מה שצריך למנוחה טובה במרכז כותאיסי.
Pros:

פעם שנייה שלנו במלון הזה. הוא ממוקם מעולה, ממש במרכז העיר. הוא מספיק קטן ושקט כדי להנות ממנוחה מלאה ויש בו את כל מה שצריך כולל ארוחת בוקר טובה שכוללת גם פנקייקים ופרנץ טוסט 😂
