They have a policy where coach companies dictate what areas of dining room they want leaving other to be at the back area sat on large tables even if a single person

-Internet: terrible, inestable 3/10

-Building: needs better signs 7/10

-Telephone in the room: Didn't have the number to call the reception, nor was provided during the check in.

-Password for the WiFi was not provided during the checking in, I had to go back to the reception to ask for it.

-I arrived in middle of the heatwave, and the fan in my room did not work; I had to go back again to the reception to ask for a fan, later housekeeping provided a small one for 2 people.

- Water in the shower did not drain correctly.

- Only 1 small lift for a 3rd floor hotel.

Concerns for an elderly gentleman looking for accommodation quite late on Thursday 11/6. He was ushered out of the door after being you had no rooms.maybe and offer of a list of other hotel B&Bs . H looked very lost and probably didn't have a smart phone.😥😥
