It was for 1 day so managed but hoping they can do better next time.
Pros:

Staff was fine and friendly.

Cons:

There was no booking on my name even though email was there and then the hotel didnt have a proper water facilities for bath and even after complaining they said they can't do anything about it so basically bathroom was not checked for water facilities befire they move in the guests. Also booking.com didn't have the sync with the hotel. I booked for 2 suites and was only given 1 suite. I was charged abruptly stating this hotel is pricey and you booked via points so we can't discount further. Not at all acceptable but was with elderly person and children so had to give in last minute. Something booking.com should also compensate on this and speak to the hotel.

Amazing Breakfast, Room comfort can be improved
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety in the dishes, and they tasted amazing as well. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite.

Cons:

The dinner was really poor. Either the food was uncooked, or too overcooked and tasted burnt. It was the dinner of New Year's Eve so maybe that's the reason the quality was compromised, but the breakfast met our expectations. Also, there wasn't any lock on the bathroom door and it kept sliding back on closing it. That greatly affects your privacy. And some sort of noise kept coming from upstairs that made it seem like someone was constantly knocking on our door. These can be improved I believe.

Pros:

The a la carte food is great ... especially dimsums, asian and most of the continental food.
Buffet spread is limited and expensive.

Cons:

The staff including management team were quite rude and disgruntled.

Service is very poor and they seemed to be short staffed for December season both in the restaurant and in the hotel.

Despite asking for basic things repeatedly like shower gel , toilet paper roll ... There was delay in getting these which should have been restocked properly while cleaning.

The food doesn't get served properly...although portions are huge and food is fillling in a la carte ..which was the only good thing about the hotel.
Bathroom faucet was leaking and stinking.
Rooms are quite beautiful with very tasteful furnishings but are not cleaned thoroughly.
We got stained towels and pillows.
Altogether quite a bad experience.

Pros:

They accommodated all my requests, it was an amazing experience. Naresh and Nitin were very helpful in addition to the other staff. Breakfast was awesome and coffee was just too good.
