An excellent choice for stopover
Pros:

The location was excellent. Our room was in reasonable size, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed taking an afternoon break in the dining area with free coffee. We liked the staff who served us, friendly and efficient.

Pros:

Nice hotel with close proximity to station. Staff very courteous & helpful. Rooms very spacious and nice with big beds.

Cons:

No tea, coffee in the room - have pay and buy from vending machine. On the other hand unlimited free coffee is available in the breakfast area for guests during a certain period

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre. Literie très confortable. Personnel très sympathique. Jacuzzi et hammam top (accessibles aux personnes tatouées). Excellent séjour.

the location was amazing! a short 2 minute walk from the bus/train station and very centrally located to the shops and restaurants and temples and markets. hotel was very clean and staff was helpful.

Pros:

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are very attentive, and there is parking available at an affordable price. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The onsen is very clean and well-equipped, and the beds are spacious and comfortable—everything is spotless. It was raining, and they even provided us with umbrellas. All of this at an amazing price. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room is clean and the amenities are relatively new. They have also set up a new laundry facility which many reviewers have feedback that it will be great to have one there. I like the fact that this hotel does take feedback from guests seriously. The location is very awesome. It is a short walk to Tokyo Station and Ginza areas, and Koyabashi Station is right in front of the hotel on the Ginza Line. I will stay there again if I ever come back to Tokyo.

Cons:

The room is very small. Although there is a massage chair in the room, it takes up too much space in a tight area, leaving insufficient space for luggages.

Great value for money
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Within the room on the side of the bed you have the control buttons and there was no option to remove the light from those buttons. During night time this can be very annoying as every time you turn to one side the light from the buttons bothers you.
