Sehr gut, wenn man mit dem eignen PKW unterwegs ist. Gute Nähe zum Flughafen.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet die Möglichkeit bei einigen Zimmern, das Auto wie bei einem Motel direkt vor die Tür zu stellen (zweiter Ausgang). Die Nähe zum Flughafen Bergamo ist perfekt. Morgens gibt es vom Hotel einen Flughafenshuttle. Das Frühstück ist gut. Man kann im Restaurant abends essen. Es gibt einen 24h Service

Cons:

In der Umgebung gibt es keine weiteren Restaurants oder Geschäfte. Das Taxi vom Flughafen ist trotz der kurzen Distanz teuer.

La struttura meriterebbe tranquillamente un 10/10: camere pulite, posizione strategica vicino all’aeroporto di Bergamo (per me fondamentale visto l’arrivo molto tardivo), ambienti curati e nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole.

Purtroppo però la mia esperienza è stata fortemente penalizzata da un episodio estremamente negativo con una dipendente della reception, Daniela, durante la fase di prenotazione.

Avevo ricevuto un preventivo via mail che avrei dovuto confermare tramite un link. Fin da subito ho spiegato più volte, sia via telefono che via mail, che quel link nella mail non era visibile. Nonostante le mie ripetute segnalazioni, mi è stato risposto in modo sbrigativo e poco collaborativo, senza alcun reale tentativo di verificare il problema o proporre un’alternativa.

Alla mia richiesta di un metodo diverso per confermare la prenotazione, mi è stato detto testualmente che “non poteva fare nulla” per aiutarmi. Nessuna soluzione proposta, nessuna verifica tecnica, nessuna disponibilità. Quando ho chiesto cortesemente di poter parlare con un responsabile o con il direttore, mi è stato risposto che non c’era nessuno e che non sapeva come aiutarmi, chiudendo di fatto la conversazione.

Se non avessi trovato autonomamente una soluzione prenotando tramite Booking (pagando anche una commissione aggiuntiva), non sarei riuscito nemmeno a soggiornare nella struttura.

Trovo inaccettabile che un hotel di questo livello venga penalizzato da un atteggiamento così indisponente, poco professionale e privo di problem solving. Un cliente non dovrebbe mai sentirsi liquidato o lasciato senza alternative.

Peccato, perché la struttura merita molto più del voto che mi sento di dare. Spero che la direzione prenda in considerazione questo episodio per migliorare l’approccio al cliente, soprattutto in fase di prenotazione.
