Excellent value in low season. High season pushes up the price beyond making it a good choice.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel in the past (several years ago). The location is excellent, but the presence of sex workers, outside the hotel can be off-putting. Some rooms can be noisy, as some are close to the main road and the BTS Skytrain. However, I requested, and received, a quiet room, and there was very little noise. Staff are excellent, always helpful. Breakfast is okay, but overpriced.

Better then I expected.
Pros:

Great place to stay with great location. Staff is very nice and friendly and always have someone at the reception at any time. Hot water is not a problem like some of the places where I've been. Laundry and the pool are at 8th floor. There are 2 laundry and 2 dryers. All machines are working with coins which can be taken from the reception. Towels for the pool are there too. Have toilets too at that floor if someone need it. Rooms are cleaning everyday. Hotel is guest friendly too in case someone is interested with that. There are 2 glass water bottles in the room. At every floor have water machines.

Cons:

Everything was good for me. Nothing to complain about.
