no rooms available and then didn’t refund me on the site instead mate me return to them and collect cash while also being rude to me when i got there.
This place is nothing like the pictures. Mouldy I mean it's covered in black mould which is a danger to health it was filthy with dirt hanging off light fittings and broken electrical extensions. We spoke to the owner and she thaught it was OK. We booked the previous night as we arrived early morning off a night bus. I paid for 2 nights without looking at the room. Tired again
Everything including the owners poor attitude with no refund I walked away pleased to be rid of this place it's a shame as we have had great places and people thorough out Vietnam trip. Don't waste your money or your health, black mould is dangerous and this was covered.
Central so was easy to get about. Very kind staff and were helpful - were able to do our laundry too. Spacious room and great balcony. We did have a private room.

bathroom is weirdly small and not very clean. You can hear people’s noise all night.

What can I say. If you don’t fancy sleeping on the streets, and don’t mind the fact it’s filthy, the shower is crap and doesn’t stay up, doors and windows don’t close properly, that you can hear all the noise from the busy streets below and if you don’t plan on being able to actually get a wink of sleep.. then go ahead. The pics online are fake, by the way. In reality it’s just a dump. To add balance, the man on reception is polite and friendly. But the property itself is an absolute dive. Would I stay here again? Only if the prisons are full, I might consider it.
