Comfortable, clean, restful stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. Warm welcome from the staff. Great location with a lovely sea view. Dogs welcome which made a break with my little dog perfect

Pros:

Great location and staff.
Food was nice but the coffee wasn’t great (and I’m a big coffee drinker)
Would consider booking again for the peaceful location and easy access to the beach

Plaats oke kwaliteit kon beter
Pros:

Goede uitval basis voor bezoek omgeving

Cons:

Ontbijt was onder de standaard voor UK geboekt inclusief ontbijt maar moesten wel bv de cornflakes apart afrekenen.
Vroeg ontbijten (bv 8 uur) was niet mogelijk pas rond half 9 dit is lastig als je bezichtigingen hebt geboekt.

Serve the purpose wouldn’t stay there again

A nice hotel with clean and well appointed rooms
Pros:

The two rooms that we booked were both clean and well appointed. We had no complaints about the two rooms we had. The bar & restaurant was closed but that wasn't really a surprise as we were there out of season but the local bar up the road had parking, food & drinks for us at a reasonable price.

Pros:

Location in Fairbourne itself was good. Near the beach and train station.

Cons:

Meal in the restaurant very expensive and not value for money.
Had gammon which was overcooked!
Noisy rooms at night, early morning.
Toilet in bathroom next to low window overlooking the main road.

Near to train station and beach.
Family room was actually two separate rooms with own access.

Cons:

Family room didn't include foc breakfast for anyone whereas all double rooms did include foc breakfast for same dates of stay. So had to pay for 4 breakfasts even though the children hardly ate anything. Also to have cereal as well as cooked breakfast was extra for everyone.
Definitely not good value.

Very disappointed stay
Pros:

Cons:

Location facilities the room customer service was non existent on the Sunday and Monday
Room very disappointing

No wardrobe in room
Not able to close lock bathroom door
Curtains falling down
Cobwebs in bathroom
Decor very scruffy looking.
Whole lot disappointed when it was suppose to be birthday celebrations
Booked king size deluxe room, nothing deluxe about it.
No breakfast facilities on the Monday. Phoned the owner, informed us to go to cafe down the road. Walked in walked out. Not a place a would choice to eat.

Perfect for what I needed it for (location)
Pros:

Great location- quick walk to beach and shops/cafe

Keycards left on desk for check in- didn’t see any staff during stay.
