To nie jest hotel 4-gwiazdkowy
Pros:

Smaczne i duże śniadania wybierane z karty. Dobra lokalizacja blisko starego miasta. Dostaliśmy pokój o godzinie 9 rano, co było bardzo dużym plusem. Wygodne łóżko. Rozkładany fotel.

Cons:

Na bookingu hotel figuruje jako hotel 4-gwiazdkowy, a na pewno nie jest to hotel 4-gwiazdkowy, jest to dokładnie 5 pokoi nad restauracją, bez codziennego sprzątania pokoju.
W pokoju było bardzo zimno i nie było możliwości ogrzania go. Na bookingu istnieje informacja, że pokój posiada klimatyzację i faktycznie ona wisi, ale nie ma do niej pilota w pokoju.
W łazience odpadł wieszak na ręczniki. Układ łazienki jest bardzo niefunkcjonalny - w trakcie korzystania z toalety nie było miejsca na nogi, ponieważ zaraz obok była szyba od kabiny prysznicowej.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen, das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch super. Wir hatten Omelette und Sandwich. Obwohl es an einer Straße liegt ist es nachts sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Eine Information wäre hilfreich, was in Sarajevo normal zu sein scheint, man darf im Café Bereich rauchen.

Sarajevo molto bella e interessante ma cercherei un altro hotel.

Colazione non male. Personale simpatico. Stanza ampia.

Cons:

Nel complesso era trasandato (e c'era troppa puzza di fumo di sigarette). Mancavano appoggi per vestiti, sedie, ecc. Il bagno non aveva supporti e il reggi asciugamani era rotto. C'erano solo luci bianche sulla volta molto forti e poco gradevoli, non c'era neanche una lampada accanto al letto.
