Great short gateaway
Pros:

Late check in at midnight, very Nice personal, always smiling and very helpful. When we went to Mostar they did breakfast box for us. Breakfast is very big and tasty. Location is fine, 5min to tram station, close to old city, 20 min walk, restaurants, shops ...everything close. Would recommemd this place.

Saat 20.30 da biz otele rezervasyon yaptık booking den kapıya geldiğimizde kapı açık değildi biz aradık saat 21.15 de kapıya geldi ve bizi saat çok geç olduğundan dolayı bizi otele almadı o soğuk havada bizi bekletti ve bizi içeriye almadı para iadesi de yapmadı biz o gün dışarıda kalmak zorunda kaldık ilgi sıfır hiç bahsedildiği gibi değil bir daha gelsem asla önünden geçmeyeceğim bir hotel kendisi

Hvala komplentnom osoblju na predivnom gostoprimstvu! Od dolaska pa sve do odlaska osjećao sam se kao kod kuće. Sve je bilo besprijekorno – čistoća, udobnost, usluga i gostoprimstvo. Sarajevo je predivan grad, a boravak kod vas ga je učinio još ljepšim iskustvom.
