Great staff
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also really good with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no hot water when we wanted to take a shower, which was quite inconvenient. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Läget.. och väldigt bra bredband

Cons:

Varmvatten va lite till och från. Saknade att kunna sitta en stund på kvällen med en öl dom serverar inte alcohol..Lite svårt med engelska

Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, καθαρό δωμάτιο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Επίσης η τοποθεσία ήταν κατάλληλη. Με λίγο περπάτημα ήσουν κέντρο.

Cons:

Δεν είχε στις παροχές πετσέτες προσώπου κάτι που μας έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Adna tried her best to help us.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the room we were staying in and the drain was blocked . We were moved to another room however we continued not to have any warm water it was freezing cold.
The day before we were leaving there was warm water. However, we had to stay for 2 days having cold showers.

Perfekte Lage für Bummbeln durch Sarajevo.
Pros:

Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett. Der Herr hat uns unser Gepäck sogar ins Zimmer getragen. Das Frühstück war mega - das Omlette & die Ustipci können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, alles funktioniert, Klimaanlage bei einem Aufenthalt im August ebenfalls sehr von Vorteil. Wir waren so überzeugt, dass wir am Ende noch Trinkgeld dagelassen haben. Wir kommen auf jeden fall jochmal!

Temiz, konforlu, merkezi konumda ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarıyla çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Odanın temiz ve düzenli olması, tesisin genel temizliği, merkezi konumu, kahvaltısı ve çalışanların güler yüzlü ve ilgili olması. Özellikle çalışanların yardımseverliği ve misafirperverliğinden çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Beğenmediğimiz herhangi bir şey olmadı. Konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.
