Cons:

The listing said air conditioning. There definitely was no air conditioning. Not even ceiling fans. Luckily it wasn’t too hot while we were there. Could use some modernization with the bathrooms. Our room safe didn’t work. No elevators.

Charming and well-maintained historical hotel in a great location
Pros:

This is a historic and well-maintained hotel in an ideal location near the parque central. It is surprisingly quiet, and the rooms are large. The staff are wonderful. We would stay here again.

Cons:

Our mattress was a little too firm for my taste. The room was a bit warm and it was hard to cool it down even with the windows open, but the staff provided us a fan, which helped.

Very tastefully decorated, charming indeed. Very central location. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Light that shined for outside the balcony of my room had a short in it blinked off and on all night long. I could pull the shade down but it could still be seen throughout the night disrupting my sleep a lot.

The staff is incredibly kind. I had an incident with the car and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

My room 310 was in front of the pool area, but it serves as a party salon. When there's a party, you aren't welcome in the pool area for the whole afternoon. There was a quinceañera party and it was so loud that inside the room was impossible to even watch TV and rest.
