Roupas de cama, travesseiro e toalhas com cheiro de mofo. Um nojo. Preferia ter pago um pouco mais e ter ficado num local melhor.

Cons:

Waited almost 1 hour for check-in at 11.30 at night and the line behind me got longer and longer. Just what you need when you are tired. When I wanted some drinking water only tiny bottles were sold at a high price.

Não tinha luz nos quartos. Falaram que a previsão era 1h e fui embora ainda sem luz. Filas gigantescas para fazer check in pois as funcionaras não pareciam estar preparadas. 1 elevador funcionando apenas. Quarto com panos sujos e materiais de limpeza. Não recomendo

The room was OK, there were only 3 TV channels, bed was comfy. Close to Congonhas airport

Cons:

This was a private owned room, not part of the hotel where the building is located. It was extremely noisy late at night, and I requested another room at the reception, but they told me I needed to contact the owner of the room. So strange. I could hear the noise of cars and bikes on the avenue until 1 a.m

O valet não é bom. Pode parecer algo menor, mas foi tão demorado cada vez que tivemos que deixar ou pegar o carro que impactou nos nossos compromissos e nos atrasou. Mais de meia hora para conseguir retirar o carro!
