Stayed for the 3 days but couldn't get out fast enough.
Pros:

the AC and fridge worked

Cons:

Couldn't get clear instruction for check-in, no one greeted me or provided access instruction, so sat in the lobby for more than an hour trying to get help from the security guards. As it turns out the door to the condo was unlocked! OK I'm in a n d . . no toilet paper. :/ No paper towels, no cloths to clean anything, no liquid dish soap and so on.

The place is old, antiquated, looked like a 70's apt from a depressing recent Soviet film. EVERYTHING is dirty, broke, old, worn out, and dirty. And old. I didn't find a surface I really wanted to lay anything on to. It need to be completely 100% stripped, gutted, renovated with new everything. It's so sad, it's where hopes and dreams go to die. There's more to say, but this is enough.

Exceptional
Pros:

Well-located condo. Everything is as advertised. Facilities were complete for what I needed, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine were working well. There's also an Alfamart nearby, convenient if you forget anything.

Cons:

There's a dead spot in the lobby which made it difficult to communicate when checking in. Better if check-in info was given before I arrived.

All together I like the place
Pros:

I like the host, they did the good job to give us what we asked. They responded right away when you have questions.

The pool could be more nicer
