El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitación era espaciosa, con una terracita y el personal super amable!

Cons:

Por decir algo, el servicio de bar solo sirve desayunos y bebidas, echamos en falta que hicieran algo de picoteo para comer o cenar.

Buena atención
Pros:

Quiero destacar la excelente atención y amabilidad de Lucía, quien hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable. El hotel cuenta con varios espacios cómodos para sentarse y relajarse, y su ubicación es ideal, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de Tres Calas. Además, tiene buena conexión desde Palma si viajas en transporte público, únicamente es importante revisar los horarios con antelación. Si eres de los que madrugan, recomiendo contratar el desayuno del hotel, ya que las cafeterías de la zona suelen abrir después de las 10:00 de la mañana.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien localisé !
Pros:

La piscine et le personnel étaient super.
La chambre était spacieuse, bien isolé phonique, salle de bain très pratique.
La clim n’était directement sur nos têtes, ce qui était très agréable ! Le petit balcon était très agréable!
La localisation est également top : 5 minutes à pied de la plage !

Cons:

Petit bémol pour le lit qui grince et les fenêtres n’étaient pas équipé de volet qui cache la lumière ni de rideau occultant: la lumière de la ville était allumée toute la nuit ce qui fait que la chambre était très éclairée dommage

Pros:

Just loved the staff. A place small enough that they chat, get to know you and are flexible

Cons:

Minor quibble - Odd shower set up above the level of the rest of the floor so water went everywhere. Tiny issue (and their wooden floors becoming damp not mine) in what is a great example of how a small hotel can do something really well
