Bloom Downtown Suites - such a nice surprise!
Pros:

Our stay at Bloom Suites was a wonderful surprise. The building appears to be brand new, and the apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the very hot weather we experienced.

The view from our apartment was beautiful. As a Cluj native, I especially enjoyed looking out over the downtown skyline—it made the stay even more special.

We also greatly appreciated the manager's willingness to accommodate our early arrival. Although we ultimately didn't need the early check-in, we were very grateful for the effort and flexibility.

Overall, I am truly grateful to have accommodations like Bloom Suites in downtown Cluj. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern place to stay.

Excellent place to stay in Cluj!!
Pros:

The beds were very comfy
The size of the rooms were good
The staff was very nice
The location is excellent
The design is nice
The isolation is not too bad for romania
Bonus for all the shampoo and soap

Cons:

The cleanliness could have been better… The spider mob, the traces on the table
The state of the room too, all the traces on the walls …

Just advise: put some opaque curtains in the living room+ more mirrors !!

Amazing stay.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The location, the hygiëne and the beds were very comfortable.
The lady who greeted us was super friendly. Modern style beautiful appartement.

Cons:

After being there for a few days we didn't want to go home. That's the only downside.

Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment although bed is not enough for 2 people. The cleaning lady is very nice and offered my water while I was waiting for my taxi.

Cons:

Owner/manager isn't flexible at all. I asked for check out at 12:30pm instead of 11am he didn't allow it. Although when I came back to grab my luggage around 1pm most rooms/ apartments were still empty.
Also this was originally booked for 3 people but the main bedroom bed doesn't really fit 2 people.
