Cons:

La alberca olia mucho a cloro, la habitación donde nos alojamos tenia manchada la persiana de la cortina y se veia muy desagradable, asi también una de las camas se encontraba en mal estado, ya que tenia zonas con hundimiento donde ya no tenia soporte, bastante incomodo.

Cons:

El hotel olía feo y los cuartos,el foco del baño no servía, la regadera se tiraba para todos lados, las ventanas no se podían abrir, fallaba la red wifi, el cancel del baño no servía y el baño era muy pequeño al cuarto le faltaba iluminación y no tienen mucho espacio en el estacionamiento tuvimos que pagar un estacionamiento privado para poder dejar el auto guardado.

incomoda por el precio

las habitaciones son muy cómodas

Cons:

no me gusto que reservé días antes de llegar a Mérida vía telefónica y una chica, muy amable, me indicó un precio y ese mismo día en la mañana volví a corroborar la reservación con el precio y no había cambiado el precio, al llegar al hotel para hacer el check in me indicaron que otro precio mas elevado y el recepcionista fue muy grosero y no quiso resolver ese detalle, de ahí ya me incomodo mi estancia en el hotel, ya que cada vez que voy a Mérida ahí me hospedo.

Aceptable salvo la situación del estacionamiento

El hotel esta agradable, buena ubicación.

Cons:

La persona en recepción no mostró empatia con el cliente, no dio información adecuada del estacionamiento, no informó que el fin de semana no se puede acceder al estacionamiento.
Tuvimos que pagar 10 horas de estacionamiento privado, por no informar al cliente.
