Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Localisation proche du centre de Shinjuku mais au calme. A 10/15 min à pieds de la gare de Shinjuku et 3 min à pieds du métro.
Le check in s'est fait facilement, bonne communication.

Cons:

La salle de bain est petite.
Il n'y avait que 3 tabourets et nous étions 4.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Spacious and nice flat equipped with everything you need. the location is great, in a vibrant area but in a quiet street ! Great value for money

the pressure of the shower was not very strong but it's not a big deal

Pros:

Very small place for 5 people since there is no common room. The toilet is also super small which made it difficult some days being a family of 5. But made it work!

A lot of train and buss connections nearby which was a huge bonus! Very good location. Also close to several family marts and 7/11.

The bed was nice but the pillowcases were super thin.

over all the property suits our need to stay comfortably in Tokyo, it’s very accessible and close to things that you nee
Pros:

the property is just few minutes from shinjuku train station with convenient stores and coffee shops etch that are just a stone throw away.. it is very clean when we arrived and basically with things that our family needs. there are two bedrooms and a lot of extra mattresses. we are family of 4 adults and 1 child and the place was just enough and spacious to accommodate us.

Cons:

theres no TV and rack that you can hang towels and jacket/coat to dry
