Personeel, locatie, ontbijt
We were upgraded to a bigger room as the room that we booked was right in front of the lift. We really appreciated this. Both rooms were actually nicely decorated and comfortable.
The hotel is actually quite big which we did not except when booking. The bathroom was missing a hand towel and hand soap. The sound absorption is not great. You can hear people clearly in the hallway.
Clean and comfortable bedroom. Good variety of food at breakfast but mainly Asian foods. The hotel was close to Braga Street which had lots of restaurants.
- The staff are all very friendly and offer such amazing hospitality.
- The room pricing was also worth it.
- The breakfast option was really good and tasty.
- Very nice and relaxing ambience at the outside eating area.
- The furniture in the room needs a bit of improvement, e.g. Side table.
the design and the location! and also the instant noodle bar for breakfast!
the pool is under maintenance during my stay, the room needs more sweeping, the linen doesn’t look that white anymore, and maybe a curtain between the shower so the water didn’t splash all over the bathroom
The room was clean, the hotel interior is quiet unique and very homey. The location is great, near to many culinary spots and good attractions in Bandung.
The parking lot is very small, but they provide free vallet parking. The room size is quiet small compared to other hotels with the same concept. Breakfast and gym facilities was so so.
+ My room was upgraded to corner with wide window with beautiful view of city Square & mosque.
+ All staff was kind & helpful.
+ Comfortable bed.
+ There is coffee machine nespresso in the room. I love the nescafe dolce gusto.
+ Smell of lemongrass in the towel was so good & refreshing, pls keep it up with that.
+ All room not too spacious but well equipped with 4 stars amenities standard.
+ Cozy restaurant in the front yard hotel, you can enjoy live music, Bandung fresh air by the road.
+ Near Braga, just 10 minutes walk.

- A bit stain in pillow sheets & shower handle.
- Bathroom sink outside the bathroom is a little bit weird but it's OK if consider the bathroom space.
- Limited Parking space, better you come with taxi.
There was a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Too expensive considering no breakfast included in the price. There are similar hotels in the vicinity that are better value for money. Only had one coffee pod for two guests. .
Very very friedly staff :)! They even prepared a lovely honeymoon welcome decoration for us (for free) - thank you very much.
