We only accept dogs up to 18 kg in weight, with a maximum of one per room. We do not accept any other pets
Dogs classified as dangerous breeds are not allowed.

They must be supervised by an adult at all times and steady on a leash when going through public areas.
€100 will be charged for deep cleaning of the room at the time of departure. (Service dogs are exempt from said fee)

Last time at HYATT!
Pros:

It’s a good accommodation in nice location with very poor hospitality skills from staff.

Cons:

Staff at the reception are very rude. I had a terrible experience!!
Cocktails sat the bar are bad. Even after feedback no improvement at all.
Elevator system is disaster in the rush hour.
Many alternatives in Barcelona are better in services, even with much more less price!
I think HYATT is away behind the luxury brands. They don’t know what is customer experience at all. They deal with people as a commodities.

Un desastre
Pros:

El desayuno un verdadero abuso ahora una tortilla se paga aparte. Es decir por 36€ té incluye solo lo que está en el bufete , 12 € más por una tortilla es desproporcionado. No vuelvo más.

Cons:

La habitación. Incómoda , sin luz en la ducha y con una crema corporal petrificada

Lovely room lovely staff and they let chihuahuas stay! Thanks so much we had a great girls weekend with my daughter

Cons:

They don’t let under 16’s have spa treatments. My daughter sadly missed out for her birthday as she loves a facial and a massage
