We only accept dogs up to 18 kg in weight, with a maximum of one per room. We do not accept any other pets

Waste of money.
Pros:

This hotel is a 3 star at best. Before I start this, I want to give a huge shoutout and massive thank you to the waiters who work at the Philosofia Cafe downstairs. They were the highlight of our stay. We had breakfast and lunch there everyday and it was fabulous. They made us feel so welcome!

Cons:

My partner and I were super excited to take a trip to Barcelona for his birthday. We arrived and were greeted straight away. We were promised on check-in that we would receive a “special” birthday something for my partner which we never ended up getting. There was a leak in our room and a bad smell (assume plumbing issues) so moved rooms within 10 minutes (good of them). We were told the spa was €40 to use for 90 minutes. When speaking to others, they were told it was €35 so we were clearly told the wrong price (unsure why). Ordered room service one evening which was awful. The burger was terrible and flavourless, the pizza was just pure bread with a little bit of cheese (ordered the diavolo). The pizza was dry and stale. The shower has no light in it so we showered in the dark everyday.
