Clean and cozy room. The jacuzzi room was really nice, it is a separate addition and acts as an additional place for having a coffee or a drink

Blessed time in Tibilisi 🇬🇪
Pros:

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff was so kind they really looked after me for my whole stay. I cannot honestly say anything negative about the hotel or the staff. Every day the staff was so polite, very helpful and informative with points of interest around the city.
The hotel rooms were extremely clean, tidy and well cared for every day.
The city view rooms are amazing. I look forward to going back with family and friends at some point as this place has really touched my heart.
Great for solo travel or great definitely for going with your partner or other friends or family.
There is a shop outside and then a further walk down there is plenty of food options.

Cons:

There is no negative about this place only positive every day. I have travelled a lot around the world, but this place is fantastic. I would highly recommend it for anybody.

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, la ubicación cercana al casco antiguo y unas vistas espectaculares a la ciudad. Nos facilitaron el desayuno fuera del horario normal y se preocuparon en todo momento de que tuviesemos una agradable estancia .

Cons:

Que tiene un potencial enorme y está totalmente desaprovechado, ya que necesita una reforma integral y renovar totalmente toallas y ropa de cama. Nada más entrar ya se puede apreciar que la limpieza es mínima .

Pros:

Exceptional experience with great staff, cozy atmosphere with clean and warm rooms. I even had an opportunity to choose the other room in person If I wouldn't like the first one. Breakfast room was very aesthetic with warm lights and we were served by very kind lady. She offered us coffee and give us alone time, no disturbing.

מיקום מצויין קרוב מאוד לעיר עתיקה. יחד עם זאת מדובר במבנה חדש עם מעלית . היינו בחדר משפחה שזה סלון עם ספה נפתחת וחדר שינה עם מיטה זוגית. מתאימה מאוד למשפחה +1 . לשני ילדים קצת בעיתי.
היה חימום של חדר מצוין , מרפסת עם נוף מדהים. בחדר היה קומקום , כספת, תיונים ומקרר קטן לבקבוקי מים.
צוות קבלה וגם צוות בארוחת בוקר היו מדהימים השתדלו לעזור בכל דבר ובכל שאלה..פשוט מדהימים .
