Location good but the building is deplorable and the room although clean was like basic student accommodation

From the minute we got in the staff welcomed me and my wife with love, calm explanation and offers to help.
Recommended places to eat and fun activities.
The room was clean, spotless, the bed was great.

Nothing, everything is perfect.
Julian was great and supported us in an overwhelming way. He made our stay great and showed us where to go even outside of Tirana. Very kind people are waiting for you in Albania.
The apartment was comfortable but not as luxury as you might think regarding the pictures. Yes it is an apartment not a hotel. But in the Center of the city close to bars restaurants etc.
The rooms are in a big building with different companies inside. The staircase would need some painting;-).
La posizione è molto buona, nella camera c'è spazzolino ciabatte e prodotti per la doccia. Il personale ci ha portato al parcheggio vicino all hotel.
È un palazzo abbastanza datato con dentro diversi hotel e affittacamere. Un po' complicato scaricare i bagagli se avete una macchina non essendoci un posto riservato.

The building was extremely old, unsafe, and not compatible with what is an acommodation for that price.

The owner was very attentive, gave us many recommendations, and was very helpful, the hotel is located in the city center, very near to the Opera house
This is not a hotel!! And not a 5-star rating in any way (the owner claims that Booking.com gave him a 5-star score...) This is an apartment building. The building is very poorly maintained, and the elevators are small and scary. The room is old and needs to be refinished, and the bath was not clean when we arrived.
It has a strong musty smell. We had 2 rooms, neither of which was in good condition; the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and there was not enough hot water.
Excellent location. Those who are looking for a mosque - there is a beautiful mosque, only 2/3 minutes of walking distance with all of the facilities and beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran. You can hear the Adan too. There are few food places, close to mosque, where you can easily get Pizza, fish & chips etc. Currency exchange shops and cash machines are available, and very close to the hotel.
Julian was brilliant. I enjoyed talking to him.

The location is extremely central with a variety of food choices on the doorstep. They offered a pick up service for when we got off the flight. The owner was very helpful, friendly and gave some good suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Rooms cleaned daily.
At first it was hard to find but once you have discovered the property it’s not really an issue.
Fantastic location and property. Everything easily accessible from here. Hotel facilities are lovely. Perfect view of the city from the balcony. Thanks to Albi and Julian for making our stay wonderful with recommendations and booking cabs.
