Location was perfect, in the middle of the city within walking distance of everything.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We arrived very late, but they accommodated us and welcomed us into the area. The rooms were big and comfortable.

Struttura fantastica, la camera è favolosa, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, ci ha accolto personalmente il proprietario che ci ha consigliato i migliori ristoranti in zona, aiutato con taxi e per tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, una persona davvero eccezionale! Sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo. La camera è spaziosa e anche il balcone era enorme e con vista sulla città. La struttura è situata in un punto strategico, vicino a pochi metri dal centro, ristoranti e locali, e anche tabacchino!Bar sottostante sempre aperto e con anche caffè da veri intenditori italiani. Esperienza indimenticabile! Super consigliato.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

What really made the stay exceptional was the host. Albi was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and waa always available to answer questions or offer recommendations.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again!

La suite era impeccabile!! L'accoglienza è il loro punto forte! Sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, super consigliato!! Anche perché è situato in pieno centro ed è vicino a tutti i quartieri dove c'è movida!!

La struttura è facilmente accessibile ed è al centro della città. In pochi minuti a piedi è possibile vedere tutte le attrazioni principali. A 50 m dalla struttura vi è un parcheggio pubblico che con è possibile usufruire per 24 ore con soli 6 euro. La stanza che mi è stata affidata era ampia con una pulizia eccellente e con tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è venuto di persona ad effettuare il check-in. Si tratta di una persona squisita, molto disponibile che ci ha indicato i posti migliori per la ristorazione tipica di Tirana e ha soddisfatto tempestivamente ogni nostra esigenza consiglio assolutamente questa opzione per godere appieno della città

Like most humans who have built a life outside the noble pursuit of hotel reviewing, I leave reviews for only two reasons: I’m incentivized to, or I feel a small act of justice is required. Sadly, this is the latter.

My biggest regret about Capitol Suites Center is not that I stayed here. It’s that I convinced my family to join me.

The online presentation sells one reality. The actual experience delivers another.

We were greeted by a man, Endrit, and his daughter, which initially felt charming. After payment, however, he didn’t have proper change and promised to settle up later. We never saw him again. Requests for basic things like assistance and the WiFi password went unanswered for hours. The password finally arrived after we had already checked out.

The room offered its own collection of surprises: frayed towels, non-functioning AC, a balcony door left open while we were away, no ability to lock the room from inside, and bathroom cleaning products where one might optimistically expect shampoo and soap.

I understand travel has imperfections. But there is a difference between quirks and a complete mismatch between advertising and reality.

As for the five-star rating, ignore it. Albania seems to be entering a curious new era where some properties have even discovered a mythical sixth star, perhaps to compensate for places that call themselves five-star hotels without doing the difficult work of becoming one.

Don’t be fooled by the photos and presentation as I was. This was not a five-star experience. It was a lesson in creative marketing.

One positive: we were offered a refund. However, after a very long journey, all we wanted was to shower and sleep — and there were simply no available hotels nearby at that point.

Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole, ottima pulizia ed è in ottima posizione centrale e strategica. Da segnalare la cordiale accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff che non abbiamo mai trovato in altre strutture.

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le manager aux petits soins malgré une arrivée très tardive.
