Pros:

The access to the beach make as if you have a private beach

Cons:

The location is far from the Tanjung Pandan City, but as long as you have car then all good

Horrible. Do not recommend.
Pros:

Nothing. This place was nothing like is was on pictures or even close to.

Cons:

The staff were so rude, and very confronting when we came to them with issues. The place does in fact NOT have a spa, even though it says so. The gym is hardly even usable. There were dead flies EVERYWHERE especially in the restaurant. The food was not great either. All in all a horrible experience, would definitely not recommend a stay here.

A good value hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. The staff of the hotel were friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is in an excellent location. There is short path from the back of the hotel to the beach. At the end of the path to the right is a beautiful sandy beach which is excellent for swimming. To the left is a jetty and another beach where lots of boats are moored to take people on trips to the offshore islands. In both directions along the beach there are several restaurants serving fresh seafood.
The outstanding geological features of the area are the gigantic boulders and clusters of boulders both on land and offshore. From the jetty behind the hotel we took a boat trip around the boulders and islands and stopped off on two of the islands for drinks. We also stopped off at another place for snorkelling. The hotel is also situated not far from another must-visit beach Tanjung Tinggi, where you can have lunch and walk among clusters of gigantic boulders.
We were told that transportation might be a problem out of town, but we had no problem getting a ride with Grab. We took the number of the Grab driver and called him whenever we needed transport.

Ottimo hotel ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo... bellissima la posizione, con accesso ad una delle spiagge migliori migliori di Belitung. Ottimo servizio del personale compreso pulizia nelle camere e la lavanderia.

Cons:

Si possono curare meglio i dettagli. La camera è bella, ma la carta parati è staccata in alcuni punti, il lavandino non era aderente al muro perché il silicone si era staccato, la stradina che porta in spiaggia va pulita tutti i giorni, non si può lasciare la gomma dell'irrigazione stesa 4 giorni nel passaggio per il mare

Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile, ristorante interno ottimo

Cons:

Colazione con poca scelta dolce. Alcune aree comuni poco valorizzate e necessitano di manutenzione. La struttura ha un grande potenziale che si potrebbe sfruttare meglio (es terrazza panoramica molto bella ma inutilizzata).

Very pleasant experience, good value
Pros:

Staffs are very helpful. I didn't rent car/bike. Staffs are able to help me sorting out my problem without extra charge.
Room service is quick and fantastic.
Well connected with activity agency. Able to arrange all kinds of water sports.
Pool is cool.

Cons:

Food is so so.

Pros:

The resort is brand new, rooms are very big and the overall structure is very well maintained. The pool and common areas are very nice. Location is strategic, as it is located 2 minutes by feet from the beach 🏖
Breakfast is delicious.
I got a free room upgrade by the staff, which is helpful and kind

Cons:

Restaurant has limited options even though the menù displayed is wide: nasi goreng, mie goreng, sandwich. Unfortunately pretty expensive
