I really enjoyed my stay at Solar Residency. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with excellent Wi-Fi and large TVs. The rest of the team was consistently polite, kind, and very helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The start rating for service is no reflection of the rest of the staff; they were all 5 stars. The low score is really ultimately due to one person.
The only downside was an interaction with a member of the front desk team, possibly the manager. When I mentioned I was running a little late and would return shortly to check out, his response, while technically correct, came across quite abrupt and dismissive in tone - I felt insulted by his bad manners. The same message could have been delivered in such a different way, something you would expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. No guests were waiting, so it felt unnecessary and out of step with the otherwise warm service from the rest of the staff. I hope this can be improved, as something as little as has left a distaste in experience.
Not sure if I would stay here again because of this experience.

Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. The apartment itself was very basic, bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, and the breakfast was average at best.
The suite was falsely advertised with a sofa bed in the listing. When we raised this with the duty manager at night, he claimed it was a Booking.com issue and asked us to contact Booking.com instead of resolving it on-site. We explained that even if a sofa bed was unavailable, a basic mattress would have been acceptable, but this was initially denied unless we paid extra.
Only after I started recording the interaction did the manager finally agree to provide a mattress.
As a paying customer who checked in late and had booked a suite for two nights, the overall treatment was poor and unprofessional. This was not the level of service expected based on the listing or the price paid. Avoid this property.

Property was reasonable size with good quality sanitary fittings
The cleaning level every where in accommodation including bathroom was very poor
They hotel was good except for few things mentioned in the "didn't like" section.
They have mentioned 2 sofa beds in the facilities but when we reached there they said they never had sofa beds with them.(I don't why they added it under the facilities available)
They gave a single foldable bed instead of 2 beds. We had to adjust with it. So the facilities mentioned under the rooms are not provided.
Also they tried to give us a double room instead of the suite we booked. When we were stubborn about our choice of room we booked they gave us our room. Be attentive when they give you the room while checking in.
