Pros:

L’endroit c’est juste à deux pas de la plage, la main de Ksamil et bien communiqué avec les restaurants et petits commerces. Facile accès aux chambres et à la voiture.
Le Check in très tôt vers 10h c’était super après un long voyage depuis Tirana.
Le personnel très agréable, surtout Ardi très sympa, il nous a tout bien expliqué et fait le tour pour les chambres, il a été très attentif à nos demandes.
Petit-déjeuner buffet varié et sain.
La chambre spacieuse et fraîche avec le clima, le lit très confortable, les vues sur la plage incroyables depuis le balcon, facilité pour parquer la voiture. Très bon prix par apport à ce qui offre l’hôtel.
Très contente d’avoir passé une nuit. Je serais heureuse de retourner, on á vraiment beaucoup aimé cet endroit.

Pros:

Ottima posizione di fronte alla spiaggia della mano di ksamil e a 200 metri dal Principotes. Insomma proprio a 5 metri dal mare.
Parcheggio interno ed esterno molto comodi.
Wifi buono.

Cons:

Appena arrivati in un gabbiotto esterno un responsabile di ha ordinato di pagare immediatamente e in contanti (anziché con carta come avevamo deciso su booking) siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e 2 bambini avevo prenotato una stanza doppia con divani letto e un letto matrimoniale ma al nostro arrivo non c'erano le lenzuola per i bambini a questo punto abbiamo cambiato stanza e abbiamo preso una stanza con due letti uno piccolo e uno grande senza la cucina e il soggiorno che avevamo pagato ( quella doppia per intenderci. La colazione era misera consisteva in uova inguardabili caffè solubile da mischiare con acqua e qualche merendina. Siamo andati a farla a pagamento altrove tutti e due le notti che abbiano soggiornato.
In Italia avrebbe due stelle non di certo tre e il costo richiesto per due notti 493 euro non è ne economico né giustificato dallo stato della struttura.
Se siete una famiglia con bambini evitare questo posto se invece siete ragazzi che volete solo dormirci e avere le spiaggie del Principotes, Kuga o paradise a disposizione allora potete farci un pensierino.

Clean, provision of all basic needs. Incredibly helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location, short walk from the bus stop (less than 10 mins) within 15 minute walk to all local beaches. Owned by young man & mother, really helpful - contactable via WhatsApp. Very friendly Z& always helped us with questions / needs.

Pros:

Absolut empfehlenswert – hier stimmt einfach alles!Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war super sauber und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Das Frühstück war genial und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Pobyt zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań. Lokalizacja przy plaży to jedyne, co można uznać za plus. Pokoje nie były w ogóle sprzątane, a podstawowe rzeczy jak papier toaletowy czy mydło trzeba było samemu dopominać się u obsługi.Ręczniki dostarczone przez hotel były brudne, a zgłoszenie problemu kończyło się nerwową reakcją personelu zamiast rozwiązaniem sprawy. Do tego dochodziły usterki w pokoju, zimna woda pod prysznicem i skromne, zimne śniadania.Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca prowadzonego bez jakiejkolwiek kontroli i dbałości o gości. Poza bliskością plaży nie ma tu nic godnego polecenia.

Comfortabel hotel dichtbij het strand met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Centrale ligging en binnen bereik van alle faciliteiten. Je bent binnen 10 stappen bij het strand. Grote kamer waar je al je spullen kwijt kan. Wij hebben nog een extra sofa kunnen regelen zodat onze dochter op onze kamer kon slapen.

Cons:

Schuifwand van de douche sloot niet goed.
