Polecam serdecznie!
Pros:

Hotel Esmerald Ksamil szczerze polecam i na pewno chętnie tam wrócę, choć rzadko zdarza mi się wracać w te same miejsca. Hotel jest świetnie położony naprzeciwko znanej plaży, przy której znajduje się popularna Ksamil Hand. Pokój był przestronny, czysty i komfortowy, z wygodnym łóżkiem oraz funkcjonalną łazienką. Dużym plusem hotelu była również dostępność miejsc parkingowych.
Właściciel hotelu, Ardi, był bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny, a przy tym nienachalny. Dbał o komfort gości, polecił nam restaurację z tradycyjnymi daniami i bez problemu dostarczył otwieracz do wina oraz lampki. Dodatkowo, bez żadnej dopłaty, otrzymaliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Śniadania podawane są do stolika na tarasie przed hotelem. Zazwyczaj składały się z pieczywa, jajka w różnej formie, kiełbasy, pomidora, ogórka, dżemu i owoców -dla nas było to w zupełności wystarczające.
Wszystkie pokoje mają balkony wyposażone w suszarkę na rzeczy, stolik i krzesła. Z naszego balkonu roztaczał się piękny widok na morze, a wieczorem można było podziwiać przepiękny zachód słońca. Po całym dniu spędzonym na plaży idealnie było usiąść z lampką Aperola i cieszyć się tym widokiem bez wychodzenia z hotelu.
Z hotelu jest bardzo blisko do przepięknych plaż w Ksamilu. Moim zdaniem plaże w tej okolicy należą do najpiękniejszych — woda jest lazurowa, a z plaży można nawet wpław dopłynąć do kilku małych wysepek znajdujących się w pobliżu. Dla chętnych dostępna jest również możliwość wynajęcia rowerka wodnego, kajaka lub motorówki.

Great location but extremely rude and racist staff

The location was the only ideal thing about this property.

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude and racist. So when we arrived one of the staff asked where we were from. When we said India he asked whether we were Muslims. We said no and he didn’t seem to believe us. He said “there are a lot of Muslims in India you understand?” I mean how is this even relevant??
Next about the amenities, there was no electric kettle so that we could make some tea, we opted for a sea view room but could barely see any sea, the shower head was not fixed above, no hot water early morning for bathing, most of the charging sockets were not working.
Now the worst part we were told that breakfast was from 7 am. When we went for breakfast they didn’t let us into the seating area, asked us to wait outside didn’t give any clarity if there was any food at all. We left and when we came back in the evening they said breakfast is at 8 am. Next morning when we went at 8 am and asked for vegetarian options they brought ham and chicken sandwich and said that was vegetarian. In the meantime the chef came out and said it was chicken the guy serving us asked the chef to be quiet.
We had also asked for an extra blanket and towel one evening then said they’ll bring that right away but brought it the next day.

Cons:

- Le wifi n'était pas bien, j'avais demandé à la réception il dit qu'il va augmenter le débit dans notre étage mais que dalle. Il sont fou un peux.
- N y'avait pas de gel de douche dans le bain.
- Les draps ne sont pas propres.
- le petit déjeuner est inférieur au pris payer.

Pros:

La plage devant etait bien

Cons:

L’établissement n’a rien à voir avec les photos, nous avons passé une nuit,la salle de bain c’était inondé à cause des toilettes qui fuyaient, la chambre est remontée d’égouts, la salle de bain, il y avait des moisissures sur le pommeau de douche ainsi que les joints de carrelage. Suite à tout cela, nous avons demandé à partir de l’hôtel, vu que nous n’avions pas encore payé les trois nuits restantes, ils ne nous ont pas fait laisser partir sans avoir tout pris, même la taxe, aucun geste, commercial alors que nous avons prouvé que les photos étaient mensongères et un cafard avaient été trouvé dans la chambre. Nous avons préféré payer et changer d’hôtel repayer à nouveau une chambre.

Sweet stay across from the beach
Pros:

Amazing location right across from the beach! Basic, clean and spacious! Giant balcony with amazing view! Really wonderful staff and a nice breakfast included too! Hot shower, and AC or heat depending on what time of year you visit! Great price! Would highly recommend!
