Cons:

Staff was TOXIC and rude. The wifi didn't work, cable didn't work, coffee machine was nasty. The staff told me they had no TV and I should go somewhere else, 'its up to you" she said, and that I should decide quick before she slaps me with a late check out.
I was locked out of my room twice and had to sleep in my vehicle. NO manager on duty overnight. Another guest told me he was locked out before. The so called GM of the hotel also said people are getting locked out. Yes so the GM is aware their keying system didn't work but she never fixed the issue. ROACH infested hotel. Overall terrible experience.
I ask for my refund for paying for room I didn't sleep in and lady called the police on me. Yes see you in court.
