Résidence Paris Caire

PLace is clean. Position is central, still far from noise of the street. There are appliances but there iks not any hint on how they work. The induction stove didn't work. The microwave oven was "protected" by a complicated software withgout any instructions to use it. The worse, I arrived in Paris at 7 PM Entry door was under electronic latch. I cal a number I found on internet and Roger gave me the code 750A13. It did not work. I called again, Roger send a email with instructions. Still it did not open the entry door. I called byt the number said that the phone is discinnected. I had the go to another hotel, spend $220. Next morning, waiting at the Caire hotel for somebody tho open the entry door. After two hours I was able to access my room (after two more electronic latches). After that, everyting went smooth. Without those problems, I would mark it 5 stars

They won’t make a good reservation and have two at once. And when you ask for help, they won’t do anything. I had to find another hotel at 9pm in a country I don’t know with my husband, teenage kid and a 11 months old son

Es hat alles super funktioniert

Was sent the wrong URL address by Hotels. The deposit needed to be provided in order to receive the code for the keys. We called the Hotel representative but he couldn’t contact the owner of the property and the payment was non refundable, therefore, I had to reserve two rooms at the nearest hotel while we were trying to amend the problem.
We finally resolve the problem by changing the URL address and provided the deposit. Very expensive first day to say the least. Not using Hotels in the foreseeable future either

residence was too small,there was not space to open our luggages even...beds also very small...but it was clean..

Cramped, water in shower did not drain, water damage, dirty. Good location and cool AC.

Apartamento céntrico, muy bien ubicado

This apartment was clearly set up for stays of only a night or two, but we were staying two weeks. The biggest problem is that there is not a single drawer or shelf in the apartment to enable you to unpack your sweaters, shirts, underwear, etc. There is hanging space but who hangs their underwear? As a result, you have to live out of your suitcase and there's very little room to leave it open. There also needs to be some sort of shelf or at least a soap dish in the shower. The apartment was very clean and modern, the washer/dryer and other appliances worked well. The location is terrific. It wouldn't take a great deal to add a chest of drawers and/or shelving to correct the current inadequacies.

Excellent location with access to 3 metros within few minutes of walking, surrounded by dining options; small room but with all needs for an apartment stay. Easy check in if we follow the instructions.

It was conveniently located to restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The rooms were like match boxes and no room to walk if you had luggage.

Rigtig fin lejlighed, som ligger perfekt og centralt. Dog synes vi at den var mindre end forventet og sovesofaen var ikke optimal til 2 større børn. Den knirkede og det var ikke en særlig god madras.

We like the property but the communication needs to be improved, we arrived at night and we made many phone calls trying to be in touch with someone.

The place is just perfect location and very modern.

Great stay… loved the spacious and beautifully decorated apartment and the elevator was a nice touch for the luggage! the location was perfect with a grocery store near by and many many restaurants as well as the subway. But we mostly walked everywhere and it was perfect for that! But my favorite part was the Parisian balcony with view of a gorgeous little local street!

el deposito de que se pide en garantia es absolutamente desproporcionado y no se informa hasta que uno quiere hacer el chek in. Si hubiera sabido con anterioridad, claramente hubiera buscado otra propiedad para alojarme.
