Infrastructures catastrophique , sale , moisissure dans la salle de bain , aucune fenêtre dans la chambre honnêtement a éviter heureusement je ne suis resté qu'une nuit

Handy, comfortable and good location with a terrific buffet breakfast
Pros:

Room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was a great buffet which was a good way to start a busy touring day. I thought the location was really good. There is a comprehensive modern shopping mall within a few hundred metres, but it requires walking past the Russian embassy. I stopped to look at a poster on the high fence and was abruptly chased away by a very angry, armed man! It's better to walk on the opposite side of the road. It's also not dar from the river and the car-free road.

Cons:

Thé overzealous Russian guard down the road!

Pros:

I had reserved 2 nights, a day apart, allowing for a trip. After the first night, I had asked the hotel to please give me a quieter room. Attentive to my request, I was given a room that was quieter, with the surprise that it was an upgrade to a room with a window! This hotel is a great option for when I have to stay in Phnom Penh.
