Cons:

We were refused check-in, not even allowed to stay the night, and were not given a refund.

This treatment was completely unacceptable for a family with two young children.

I will never book with them again.

We enjoyed so much there hope to stay there again
Pros:

We spent two nights at the Grand Elevation Hotel. It was an incredible experience. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There is also a free water dispenser you can refill water bottles anytime you want. It was peaceful environment and elevator was so peaceful.
