Pros:

It is actually 3 hotels in one, depending on the floor you are. But I was navigated by the cab driver - the hotel has free airport pick up service, which is really helpful when you arrive after midnight like I did. The breakfast were standard for Central Asia. The rooms service was upon request, that I actually like.

Cons:

My room had broken window curtains, so it was not really dark during the night due to lights on the street. Also the AC outdoor units were a bit noisy but its easy to survive.

Muito recomendado! Hotel muito central!
Pros:

Os quartos são espaçosos e muito limpos! O pequeno almoço é muito completo, os funcionários muito prestáveis e a localização central! No dia de checkout tinhamos de sair antes do pequeno-almoço (antes das 08h) e abriram mais cedo de propósito para nos!

Ankommen und Willkommen fühlen
Pros:

Tolle Lage, superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Team an der Rezeption, Geldwechsel, Minimarkt und top Cafe nur Minuten entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder. Vielen Dank!

Decepcionante, estafados y mala praxis.
Pros:

- Me gustó la ciudad, me gusto estar fuera del hotel.

Cons:

- 🚖 el chofer del hotel nos mezclo con otra gente en el trayecto y las maletas que habían en el maletero no eran las nuestras, tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y media a ver donde estaban nuestra maleta, nos estafo al día siguiente dejandonos tirados en mitad de la excursion, nos pidió el dinero y se fue.
- 🛏️ no tenían el apartamento que había reservado y nos dieron una habitación mala y de menor categoria en otro hotel en el mismo edificio
- 🧾 el recepcionista no quería darme un invoice, se lo tuve Que pedir 5 veces. Nos perdió los pasaportes y los encontramos horas después en su mesa.
- no hicieron ningún servicio de limpieza
- no nos devolvieron el dinero ni nos hicieron descuento
- no teníamos wifi al estar en otro hotel Que no nos habían registrado
- no pude contactar con Booking.com por la falta de internet en la zona, y cuando pude tener internet sale una IA chat que no soluciona nada.
- la recepción estaba en el piso 13, y el edificio no es de todo el hotel, solo tienen un par de plantas y usan las fotos del otro hotel.
- El desayuno era muy muy malo. Poca fruta en
mal estado, la mayoría de cosas que había era industrial (galletas y chocolatinas) no había opciones sanas y resultaba desagrable lo que había cocinado. Preferimos no desayunar

Pros:

Jeg kan kun nævne beliggenheden og måske receptionen ved stuen, som er hotel Ferdosi reception og der er behagelig kold.

Cons:

At der var pletter på lagen og håndklæde. At de vasker håndklæder og sengetøjet på hotellet ved siden af værelserne frem til efter midnat og man kan høre maskinerne i værelserne.
Morgenmaden er noget af det dårligste vi oplevede i Tajikistan og Osbekistan. Starter først ved kl. 8 og alle vil samtidig ind. Der er ikke plads til alle. Så der er kamp om pladserne. Dårlig sammensat morgenmad med masser af dårlige kager. Vi valgte ikke at spise morgenmad efter en gang.
Det siger ud til, at det ikke er ren kørt hotel men lidt underlig.
Jeg vil ikke anbefale denne hotel og det første gang jeg gøre det i 20 år.

Struttura in ottima posizione

Cons:

Due notti di soggiorno: primo giorno aria condizionata rotta e black out in camera, siamo costretti a cambiare la camera all’una di notte. Secondo giorno ci ritrasferiscono nella camera guasta (ancora con l’AC rotta) e dopo un quarto d’ora ancora blackout. Dopo due giorni d’inferno Giustificano il concedendoci delle lavatrici gratis (del valore di 15$), nelle quali smarriscono diversi capi di abbigliamento tra cui un paio di pantaloncini del valore di 45€. Quando gli si viene fatto notare siamo stati accusati noi di non aver mai messo quei capi in lavatrice, dopo un’accesa discussione ci hanno rimborsato 40$. Personale non preparato, gli errori possono capitare, ma non saper gestire l’errore è peggio dell’errore stesso.
