Очень чистый и уютный отель, центр города, в номере все удобства: чайник, холодильник, фен, шампуни, гель для душа, тапочки, полотенца, зубные щетки и паста. Уборка по запросу (кнопка уборки на сенсорной панели прямо в номере). Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, всегда с улыбкой. Вай-фай в номере, ловит хорошо. Завтраки также разнообразные, голодным точно не останешься, плюсом красивый вид с 13 этажа. Номер соответствует фотографиям.

Super nettes und freundliches Personal, Hotel Manager kann sogar Deutsch sprechen. Sehr sauber und direkt im Zentrum alle Top Sehenswürdigkeiten sind paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles war super, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
Location was central, close (approx. 15-20 mins by foot) to nearly all city sights. Actually a very good room with neat indoors and spectacular view. A balcony was another very big plus. Other items generally matched the expectations from the property.
Not much to leave here, but the showerhead was leaking making the showering a little challenging.

Beland Hotel was one of the more affordable hotel options in Dushanbe, and overall it provided very good value for the price.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the service was pleasant throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it met our expectations very well. It was a relaxing place to rest after exploring the city.
The breakfast was excellent, with a surprisingly large variety of food options and a very good spread. Breakfast is served on the same level as the reception.
The location is in a quieter part of the city, which we appreciated, but it is still convenient. Many of Dushanbe's main tourist attractions are about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and there are supermarkets within about a 5 to 8 minute walk, which is very convenient.
Overall, Beland Hotel offers great value for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Dushanbe, and I would recommend it to visitors who want a good balance between price, comfort, and location.
One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located inside a building that houses several different hotels, including the Firdovski Hotel, which can make it a little confusing to find at first, especially if you enter from the rear side of the building. The reception is located on one of the upper floors rather than the ground level, so it may take a few minutes to orient yourself when you first arrive.
