Everything was just fine

Loved overall
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Baland Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the city center, Rudaki Park, and key landmarks, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The property is spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. The reception team and staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, going completely out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

On the downside, the breakfast buffet is somewhat basic and repetitive, lacking variety for longer stays. Additionally, because the hotel sits on the upper floors of a shared building (with check-in on the 13th floor), waiting for the slow elevators can be frustrating during peak hours

Good hotel, but confusing to find
Pros:

Hotel in a building with other hotels, just one floor is this hotel. We got upgraded to a bigger room on arrival, it was very big! Very nice room, but there was a problem with the carpet getting caught in door and there was no fridge. A fridge was provided after we asked. Breakfast was good

Pros:

The receptionists were kind and very helpful with all inquiries and questions. Especially Nasridin.
Pros:
