Pros:

ассортимент на завтрак очень хороший, но помещение тесновато, утром когда много народу тесновато и не удобно приходиться искать место, в будние дни прекрасно, мало народу и отдельное спасибо женщинам работающим на кухне, очень отзывчивые

кроме тесноты во время завтрака, все отлично, расположение отеля очень прекрасное, персонал отзывчивый, помогал и отвечал на все наши вопросы, рекомендую

The staff were polite and courteous, and that was the only positive aspect of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was not a true 4-star hotel. It occupied only two floors of the 22-story Ferdowsi Hotel building, which was something I had never encountered before. This should have been clearly stated in the hotel information before booking. In reality, the property was nowhere near the standard of a 4-star hotel and felt more like a 2- or 3-star guesthouse.

The in-room safe was broken and unusable. The walls were poorly soundproofed, and noise from surrounding rooms and hallways could easily be heard. Even worse, the housekeeping staff cleaned rooms while playing loud music, which was very disturbing. During several days of my stay, there were renovation works on an upper floor, and the constant drilling noise was extremely unpleasant.

The breakfast was terrible and appeared unhygienic, with stale ingredients. On the first day, I could only manage to eat a boiled egg, and I did not use the breakfast service at all for the rest of my stay. The internet quality was only average.

Considering the price paid, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I have stayed in genuine 4- and even 5-star hotels for the same price or less, with a far better experience.

Overall, I had a terrible experience, and it turned my stay in Dushanbe into a disappointing one. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.
