Great affordable option to stay with comfortable beds and a great breakfast spread.
Pros:

Beland Hotel was one of the more affordable hotel options in Dushanbe, and overall it provided very good value for the price.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the service was pleasant throughout our stay.

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and it met our expectations very well. It was a relaxing place to rest after exploring the city.

The breakfast was excellent, with a surprisingly large variety of food options and a very good spread. Breakfast is served on the same level as the reception.

The location is in a quieter part of the city, which we appreciated, but it is still convenient. Many of Dushanbe's main tourist attractions are about a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and there are supermarkets within about a 5 to 8 minute walk, which is very convenient.

Overall, Beland Hotel offers great value for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Dushanbe, and I would recommend it to visitors who want a good balance between price, comfort, and location.

Cons:

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located inside a building that houses several different hotels, including the Firdovski Hotel, which can make it a little confusing to find at first, especially if you enter from the rear side of the building. The reception is located on one of the upper floors rather than the ground level, so it may take a few minutes to orient yourself when you first arrive.

Чистота, приветливый персонал. Расположение.

Cons:

Хотелось - бы разнообразнее завтрак. Окна - это просто алюминиевый профиль с 2- мя стеклами, как перегородки в офисе. Никакой тепло- и звукоизоляции. Поэтому в номере шумно с улицы и прохладно( январь 2026). Грелись кондиционером.
Халаты с надписью SHERATON HOTEL. Видимо купили б/ ушные.
Тапочки- тончайшие!!!!

Нормальный отель, но завтраки лучше не брать.
Pros:

Просторный номер, хорошо оборудован. Большая удобная кровать, Удобное расположение отеля! Сделали апгрейд при заселении на номер категорией выше, за что спасибо!

Cons:

Номер. Постельное белье не соответствовало размеру кровати и было немного меньше, из-за чего во время сна заворачивалось. В номере было душно и воздух был очень сухой. Открытие окна и хороший кондиционер частично решают проблему.
Завтрак: Пришел на завтрак в 9 утра, посадочных мест очень мало и не было свободных мест. Был один стол, но его очень долго не убирали. Один сотрудник и готовил и убирал со столов. Когда пришел, не было яичницы (закончилась). Попросил обновить и прождал минут 20, чтобы пожарили 4 яйца. Чай только со вкусами, обычного черного не было. В общем, лучше брать без завтрака и сходить в кафе рядом на сэкономленные деньги.
Общее: Как пишут в комментариях насчет бесплатного трансфера из/в аэропорта, мне предложили трансфер за 10 долларов в одну сторону. Когда заходишь в здание, нет никаких табличек, а на первом этаже ресепшн другого отеля. Сначала подумал, что зашел не с той стороны в здание.

Der Mann an der Rezeption hat mein Zimmer ohne weitere Kosten zu einer Suite hochgestuft. Sehr freundlich und hat sogar Deutsch gesprochen. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Riesenbett, Sofas und Jacuzzi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
