Pros:

Room are simple with basic amenities.
Food is good and not so expensive.
Counter manager is also cooperative by nature and allowed us little late check out without any extra charges.

Cons:

Tv was not working. But wifi was so we managed.

Cons:

We checked in this afternoon and found numerous cockroaches in both the room and the bathroom. We cannot stay here under these conditions. My 80-year-old father has trouble walking, making it very inconvenient for us to move to another hotel now. Please process a full refund as soon as possible.
After requesting the manager for a full refund , he didn't agree to give it so we called booking.com but didn't get proper response even though the call was disconnected twice by the agent and no one called us back . Booking.com should give some compensation because of this genuine issue .
I recommend everyone do not book this hotel as a health and safety issue in this hotel.

Think twice. Remember the customer is the king.
Pros:

Nothing special. Only the ac was in very good condition.

Cons:

Rooms were dirty, cupboards and other corners spotted many small cockroaches. Found the staff & manager was a bit rude. The flush for the toilets were not working and the ceiling had water dripping.

Good stay
Pros:

Counter manager greeted me well and showed me few rooms to choose from which was a very good quality. The room was clean with comfortable bed.
Hotel location is close to the main road from where plenty of buses and autos are available to go anywhere in the city.
Food quality is also fine their mixed paranthas were my best choice.
Good price hotel

Cons:

Room was little smelly because of rainy season i think

Pros:

Staff behavior was good and friendly.
The room i got was pretty good in space and was well made up.
I asked them to provide me with fresh towels and toiletries which they did immediately.
Service part was also quick.
I think a hotel like this is a good choice for a very reasonable price what else can one expect in such a low and affordable price.
