Good stay
Pros:

Counter manager greeted me well and showed me few rooms to choose from which was a very good quality. The room was clean with comfortable bed.
Hotel location is close to the main road from where plenty of buses and autos are available to go anywhere in the city.
Food quality is also fine their mixed paranthas were my best choice.
Good price hotel

Cons:

Room was little smelly because of rainy season i think

Pros:

Staff behavior was good and friendly.
The room i got was pretty good in space and was well made up.
I asked them to provide me with fresh towels and toiletries which they did immediately.
Service part was also quick.
I think a hotel like this is a good choice for a very reasonable price what else can one expect in such a low and affordable price.

Terrible, over charged.
Pros:

The pesticides was done and insects were died in the entire bathroom including buckets and everywhere.
The odour was pathetic.
Thankfully we were just for an hour and left.

Cons:

Hygiene, cleanliness, no amenities with over charged.

Fan was literally feels when it fell down .
Horror situation for whatever stay time period.

Pros:

There is no such thing to be liked of this hotel.

Cons:

Rooms had cockroaches and other insects. Bedsheets were dirty. Not per the expectations.
