Direct elevator to room, enough space for 5. Close enough to different stations for travel around the city.

Comfort , ckealiness and convinient location
Location was ok but just not that accessible if taking train to and from airport (may be difficult to walk to stations and transfer trains with luggages). Facilities were decent.
There are days that the daily housekeeping did not properly clean the room (not consistent on the quality of housekeeping daily).

The size of the room was fantastic! Plenty of room for the whole family! Loved the separate work space that could be used as a private space for the older child.
Having laundry facilities to wash and dry clothing was a great convenience after a week long stay.
Only 1 room per floor meant privacy and security for us, especially as you can only access the floor with your room key.
Being from Australia, we are more accustomed to sleeping on plush, soft beds. Soft memory foam mattress toppers would have been the only additional item needed to make this a perfect stay.

The room was huge compared to all my other accommodations during my trip to Japan and was great for a group. Staff was friendly and location was quiet.
The shower was a bit strange to me as I'm not used to Japanese style bathrooms and I was worried about moisture getting stuck in between the tub and the walls. Also seems like the furniture was a bit chipped and the paint on the walls could be polished up, but these are just small issues. Otherwise this was a great hotel to come back to after a tiring day.
Easy access to Ginza and JR lines. Safe neighborhood.
The location was right smack in the middle of Akihabara and about 1km away from Ueno Park/Zoo and Ameyoko market. Each room occupies the entire floor so it was very safe. Very well kept.
Clean. Accommodated a family of 5. Was very conveniently placed to get around In Tokyo.
The main mattress and pillows were a little lumpy but nothing that spoilt the stay.
