Location, size of room, amenities, roof top view, cost

Cons:

No towel hooks for drying towels, bed on the firmer side which it’s my preference but pillows were comfortable

Location was ok but just not that accessible if taking train to and from airport (may be difficult to walk to stations and transfer trains with luggages). Facilities were decent.

Cons:

There are days that the daily housekeeping did not properly clean the room (not consistent on the quality of housekeeping daily).
