Swimming pool was dirty
First room was dirty and did not feel comfortable or safe so we changed rooms.
Customer service sucks!

The sheets and blankets smelled like cigarettes and weren't very clean.

The room as atrocious. There were holes in the wall. The entire back of the bathroom door had been destroyed. The tile was cracked with chunks missing from it. The bed was broken. We were supposed to have two queens which they couldn’t accommodate so we both had to sleep on the same bed. The sheets were badly stained as was the shower curtain. There was only a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no extras. Was unable to contact the front desk and it was locked at 8 AM in the morning so we had to go over to the adjacent waffle house to use the restroom after the first night.

I didn't like nothing

While the staff was friendly, I couldn't help the overwhelming smell of curry in the air upon entering the office area. The office was in complete disarray with boxes and food in a disorderly manner. The gentleman processed my payment and provided the key card to enter the room. As I walked to the steps I noticed the unsavory appearance of the other patrons hanging around, speaking loudly and looking like drug addicts. As I approached the door, the smell of marijuana lingered in the air and I quickly entered the room to prevent inhaling any secondhand smoke. When we entered the room, the air conditioner was turned off so it was uncomfortably hot and when we tried to turn it on we noticed that it didn't work at all. We walked to the bathroom area and saw multiple roaches scurrying about along with a pool of water gathered by the toilet. At this point we decided to go back into the office and ask for a refund. The gentleman acted as if it was odd and walked with me to show another room. My wife and I had already decided that we were not going to be staying here no matter what but I let him show me nonetheless. The second room had more roaches than the first and a pool of water located in front of the air conditioner. The third room had black mold all over the bathroom walls. At this point he realized that each room was worse than the last and we walked silently to the office where he gave me my money back. My advice to anyone considering a stay here is to reconsider, and if you want to try your luck, pay in cash so you can get your money back instantly.

bed was collapsed not enough covering sheet on the bed and the running water smelled like sewage

Room was hot 🔥 they had the a/c complete off and tv wasn't working ,had no remote contro to it l also had no trash cans , didn't have any poles to hang towels or to hang the paper toilet 🚽 the room door was hard to open u literally had to put your weight on it to open it . Bed had one blanket to cover your self . Also 2 little bars of soap and no shampoo and no wash rags and bathroom wall had black spots like moldy patches

Inaccurate website description, bathroom tissue was used, stained towels, toilet wasn’t cleaned, damages on wall & I couldn’t get a refund for my dissatisfaction.
