Hotel perfecto en el centro de Sarande
Pros:

Hotel nuevo, con buenas instalaciones, muy bien ubicado y Alex (el gerente) y su madre son personas atentas y muy agradables. La habitación estaba también muy limpia. A pesar de estar a pie de calle, no nos molestó nada ningún ruido por la noche. Totalmente recomendable

Pros:

So close to everything !! We were able to work everywhere in the city center and along the water. Close to the port - which is what we were looking for. It was very clean and comfy. Alex the owner was great and super responsive. Gave us the best dinner recommendation. We wish we had more time in Saranda

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Lovely building close to the beach, with helpful, friendly staff. The room was modern and well-appointed, and very large. We enjoyed visiting a couple of the restaurants in the neighbourhood, and found the walk to the beach very quick and straightforward. Parking was tight at the hotel, but at least there IS parking. All amenities (A/C, WIFI, etc.) worked well, and our stay was quite enjoyable. Thank you, Austin Boutique Hotel!

A very enjoyable stay in a clean, modern hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was modern and very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The main downside was the walk back to the hotel from the seafront, restaurants and ferry port. The hotel is uphill and there are quite a lot of steps and a steep road to climb, which can be tiring, particularly in the heat. There was also some road noise that could be heard from our room.

מקום מושלם, יחסית לבתים מסביבו הוא ממש חדש השירות שלהם ממש טוב.

Cons:

יש קצת בעיה בחניה, אבל תתקרשו לבעל המלון הוא ידאג לכם לחניה.

Very nice place !
Pros:

A very warm welcome, with excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to try, all just a one-to-five-minute walk away. Free on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the hotel is conveniently located close to all amenities.
