Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut.

Besonders gefallen hat uns das Wellnessangebot sowie die tolle Aussenanlage beides lädt richtig zum Entspannen ein.

Beim Frühstück gab es die Möglichkeit, sich einen frischen Smoothie zuzubereiten, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben.

Unser Aufenthalt hatte leider einige enttäuschende Punkte:

Der Empfang war nicht besonders hilfreich. Wir hätten uns mehr Unterstützung und Informationen zu Wanderungen bzw. Schneeschuhwanderungen gewünscht, jedoch konnte man uns hierzu keine Auskunft geben.

Zudem empfanden wir den Umgang als wenig freundlich. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft nicht begrüsst, und Letizia trat uns gegenüber eher unfreundlich auf.

Auch beim Frühstück fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen bereits um 10:30 Uhr wurden wir zum Gehen aufgefordert, was den Aufenthalt unnötig unangenehm gemacht hat.

Die Wellnesszeiten empfanden wir ebenfalls als unpassend. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, wenn diese grosszügiger bzw. durchgehend verfügbar wären.

Insgesamt hätten wir uns mehr Freundlichkeit, bessere Information und mehr Flexibilität gewünscht.

Pros:

The room is great with a lot of space for 3 of us. The pool also very nice with both indoor and outdoor pool, not crowded and very clean.

Cons:

If the breakfast could have more choice, it could be better.

Der perfekte Wohlfühlurlaub!
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel ist rundum top! Der SPA-Bereich bietet alles, was es braucht, die Zimmer, insbesondere die Betten, sind super und das Frühstück ist einzigartig. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Ottima spa, ma pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

La SPA merita tanto, ed è quasi paragonabile a un centro termale a sé stante per grandezza e varietà delle sale e piscine. All'esterno è presente una sauna che per grandezza e aspetto scenico non ha nulla da invidiare alle QC. Avviso per gli utenti: nudismo in abbandonza, come da stile del nord.
Il buffet è molto vario, ed ha una delle colazioni più ricche che abbia visto

Cons:

Il prezzo pagato (quasi 400 per una notte in una camera normalissima) non è proporzionato alla qualità della struttura. Per quella cifra mi aspetto interni ricercati e cura nei minimi dettagli. Qua di design invece c'era solo l'arredamento della stanza (carino ma niente di sbalorditivo) e la sauna. Dall'ingresso fino alle camere hai l'impressione di essere in un hotel carino da 150 euro. Non 400.

Hôtel exceptionnel dans les Dolomites
Pros:

L’hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux, avec un restaurant excellent, le petit-déjeuner est très varié, le menu du restaurant change chaque soir avec d’excellents repas
La piscine (intérieure comme extérieure) et le spa est superbe, il y a plusieurs saunas et espaces de détente
Grand parking disponible sur place sans réservation (avec 3 bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques si besoin)
L’hôtel offre le SudTirol Guest Pass pour la durée du séjour ce qui permet de visiter la région gratuitement (avec les bus locaux, trains…)
Une navette gratuite est proposée par l’hôtel pour se rendre sur les pistes de ski de Kronplatz
L’hôtel est à environ 15 min en voiture de Bruneck
Le personnel est aux petits oignons, je recommande +++

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être meilleure
Les horaires du sauna sont assez limitées (15h-19h) en revanche la piscine est ouverte toute la journée et ferme à 21h
Les recharges pour véhicule électrique sont assez chères (1€/kWh) mais très pratique si besoin

Parfait !
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable ! La formule demi-pension est parfaite nous nous sommes régalés durant ces quelques jours + le petit déjeuner est excellent !
Les piscines sont très agréables et spacieuses !
Bref tout était parfait
