Only thing I can think was the situation.

Cons:

We booked a room with Pool View but we got a View over Breakfast Restaurant with noise starting at 6.30 am. Outside our terrace (2x1,5 m) was a Cleaning place with a Water Hose for cleaning staff. Outside our terrace was a small river with Komodo!

Strategic and comfortable stay!
Pros:

- Good location for us to call a taxi to nearby attractions
- There was a weight machine for us to estimate the weight of our luggage before our flight, which is a nice touch.
- The room was spacious and I really liked the small chill area inside the room for us to eat and drink.
- The air conditioning was working very well and provided a comfortable temperature for us to enjoy in the room while escaping from the heat. .

Cons:

- The pillows felt a bit too hard, which stiffened my neck on the second day.
- The toilet design was weird to us because it is small and the showers do not come with a curtain to prevent splashes to nearby areas.
- The lighting in the room was dark.
- There are no lifts available in the hotel and we need to use the stairs to climb to the upper floors. I think this needs to be highlighted.
