Posizione non rumorosa tranquilla e letto confortevole
Pros:

L' unica cosa che mancava nell' appartamento era un bollitore per fare il tè, una moca del caffè e un fon per capelli

Está bien en conjunto. Con algunas pequeñas mejoras podrían ustedes subir la puntuación.
Pros:

Ubicación. Para nosotros en esa ocasión nos fue bien por proximidad al aeropuerto, a Palma y también por aparcamiento bastante fácil en la zona.
La cama está bien. La ropa de cama y las toallas están bien.
La vista al jardín interior.

Cons:

Es mejorable sobre todo el mantenimiento y la limpieza. Vean los perfiles de la cabina de ducha que están mohosos, la placa de la cocina o el frigorífico que no tienen un óptimo nivel de limpieza.
En la cocina, aparte de una bayeta, deberían poner 1 o 2 paños de cocina para poder secar la vajilla.
El cubo de la fregona, la fregona y el cepillo deberían estar guardados en un armario o, por lo menos, colgados en la pared (hay colgadores económicos para colgar el cepillo y la fregona) : esto daría una mejor imagen cuando se entra en el apartamento.
En el menaje faltaría unas tijeras de cocina.
Se escucha bastante a los vecinos del apartamento de al lado (deberían poner unas normas y controlarlas). En la fecha en la que estuvimos no había mucha gente y no tuvimos muchos problemas en ese aspecto pero entiendo que ustedes tienen que poner normas mínimas de convivencia para cuando se junta mucha gente.

Pros:

Le personnel est très chaleureux, surtout les petits monsieurs !! Aux moindre problèmes ils vous apporte de l’aide, généralement l’ambiance est calme, la piscine toujours libre, les appartements ont été refait au goût du jour ( ne vous fiez pas à la déco sur les photos, c’est bien plus moderne maintenant). Cuisine très bien, avec deux plaques chauffante, pas de four mais un micro-onde, une frigo et un congélateur. Télévision incluse ainsi que la Clim, le rêve quand il fait 35 degrés dehors ! C’est bien plus grand que ce que l’on espérait, on ne se sent pas à l’étroit, les lits sont très confortables ! Grande surface à 5 minutes à pied, et la plage est à 10 minutes.

Cons:

Pas assez isolé, on entend ce qui se passe au dessus (meubles de déplacés, ou les pas lourds). L’eau change de température toute seule, la télévision ne capte pas toute les chaînes européennes, les baies vitres se ferment mal.

Pros:

La struttura in generale è carina, vicino al mare e ha servizi e negozi. Mezzi pubblici efficenti, ti possono portare sia a Palma centro che in giro per l'isola.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto degli inconvenienti nell'alloggio, il primo giorno di arrivo non siamo riusciti a fare una doccia in quanto lo scarico era otturato e non vi era un manutentore in struttura.
Altro disagio tre giorni prima del termine del nostro soggiorno, pioveva acqua di scarico dal soffitto del bagno. Il manutentore (molto gentile) ha sistemato la perdita del piano superiore ma non essendo in struttura la signora della pulizie siamo rimasti fino alla fine del soggiorno con asciugamani per terra e senza pulizia. Motivazione: la struttura chiudeva il giorno della nostra partenza e la signora arrivava il giorno successivo

Amazing, great location!
Pros:

I loved it! The staff were very nice,kind, and very helpful and had no problems communicating in English.
I loved the location of the apartment, the view from my living area, it was incredible, i had mountains and sea in the same Holliday, so great and i definitely would request the same apartment one on my next stay if possible. Quiet and very relaxing place, that's what i needed. I had an amazing time, swimming in the pool, and not far to the beach and Lidl for my snacks and food.
I love walking -the hotel was up the hill enough to keep my fitness going, in a quiet area away from the bar's. (But the same distance as a beach). For me very happy 10\10

Cons:

I could have done with the kettle, but it didn't bother me at all, I used a pot to boil water on the top of the cooker for my morning coffee ( which tasted even better than from the kettle)
