Pros:

Breakfast it was really good

Cons:

Room witha garden view but view is not garden but old neighbor houses. When we order from outside i have to come down they didn't let courier to come up. And laundry was expensive.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location and interior of the hotel lobby. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

1.There was this particular smell in the washroom which has to be due to pipes etc which was strong. That same smell was in the lift i noted. Had to do with piping issues which they need to fix.

2.When it comes to breakfast you need to wakeup early morning better so that you can have the breakfast , else the food spread not all items get replaced and it gets over and then it gets delayed and you have to keep waiting else they say its over which i found odd as you need to refill the food.

В целом все отлично, удобно что все есть в самой гостинице самая первая необходимость для иностранцев можно расслабиться

Просторные светлые номера, практически не слышно других посетителей вокруг . Все необходимое уже есть в номере

Всё в одном месте! Это очень удобно! Персонал внимательный, очень вежливый! Молодцы ребята! Ресторан отличный! Завтраки разнообразные! Чисто и уютно в номерах! Детям понравился бассейн! Я еще побывала на массаже, цена конечно завышена, но сам массаж неплох. Не дошла только до бани, но обязательно схожу туда в следующий раз! В целом отличные впечатления! Советую к выбору отель! Наверняка и сама еще не раз приеду и остановлюсь здесь!

Cons:

Постельное белье и полотенца были немного изношены. Не грязные, всё чистейшее, но потрепанное. У детей в номере было порванное полотенце.

Pros:

Провели время отлично, бассейн чистый, персонал вежливый, у дочери было день рождения поздравили всем персоналом. Огромное спасибо, нам подарили целый торт, нежный , воздушный торт. В следующий раз обязательно вернусь сюда
