Ad un passo dal Barocco
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Modica, ma anche per addentrarsi nei territori ragusani. Situo nella zona commerciale, ristoranti, supermercati e servizi ad un passo. Camera grande, pulita, con tv funzionante, bollitore con tisane, appendiabiti e cioccolatini di benvenuto. Bagno spazioso, doccia grande, tutto molto pulito. Abbiamo optato per la colazione in struttura, che stra consiglio visto la cura mostrata, la qualità dei prodotti ed il servizio molto attento.

Stanza molto bella, pulita e accogliente e caldissima (visto che il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato purtroppo non era caldissimo) siamo stati molto bene, posso solo consigliarlo, Modica è molto affascinante e suggestiva di sera tutte le lucine sembra un presepe, Hotel Modica Boutique per visitare tutte le bellezze e gustare il buonissimo cioccolato di questa cittadina è perfetto, i ragazzi della reception sono molto gentili, abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'Hotel con il menù fisso, 2 portate, un insalata di polipo con verdurine molto buona, un filetto di ombrina con insalata altrettanto buona, dolce acqua e coperto tutto compreso 35 euro, le porzioni sono abbondantissime!! Anche la colazione, quante prelibatezze, spazia dal dolce al salato non manca niente, e anche i ragazzi del bar sono gentilissimi e simpatici!!! Grazie di tutto!!

Un ottimo momento di relax in una struttura nuova, accogliente e in ottima posizione.
Pros:

La struttura offre un ampio parcheggio privato gratuito e custodito, le camere godono di ottima privacy e di tutti i confort.

Cons:

La Spa presentava il bagno turco non funzionante. Tuttavia, a fronte di tale disservizio, sono stato avvisato tempestivamente ed il prezzo del servizio è stato defalcato dalla somma totale.

La stanza era molto grande ,come anche il bagno , pulita e moderna
La struttura ha un servizio di acqua potabile sul corridoio sia naturale che frizzante per cui a tutte le ore puoi avere acqua fresca , infatti in camera c’erano due bottiglie in vetro che potevamo riempire a nostro piacimento. Ottima soluzione anche molto ecologico. Complimenti
Molto graditi anche i cioccolatini di benvenuto

Cons:

L’aria condizionata è centralizzata e non si può gestire in base alle proprie necessità, faceva molto caldo, e non siamo nemmeno riusciti a spegnerla
Il lavandino ha un sensore per cui l’acqua scorre solo se avvicini le mani ma non è molto comodo quando lavi il viso
Comunque tutto perfettamente funzionante
