Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura che merita davvero.
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e cordiale.
La posizione è ottima, le camere profumate e perfettamente insonorizzate, e l’intera struttura è nuova, curata e accogliente.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente la piscina, ideale per un momento di relax, e il parcheggio coperto, comodissimo sia nelle giornate di pioggia sia per chi preferisce non lasciare l’auto sotto il sole siciliano.
Un elogio speciale alla ragazza della reception, educata, professionale e impeccabile nell’accoglienza.

Cons:

Le uniche due piccole pecche — che sono certo verranno facilmente migliorate — riguardano:
la TV in camera, che al mio arrivo non funzionava e mostrava un messaggio relativo al collegamento via cavo. Probabilmente si è trattato di un problema isolato della mia stanza. Non l’ho segnalato perché ho acceso la TV solo la sera e non volevo disturbare il personale, ma normalmente sarebbe utile un controllo preventivo da parte dell’addetto.
il caffè espresso durante la colazione, che va richiesto al cameriere. Con molti ospiti presenti, la consegna è arrivata con un po’ di ritardo e non era indicato da nessuna parte che bisognasse rivolgersi a lui. Sarebbe utile che il cameriere si presentasse e informasse direttamente gli ospiti di questa modalità.

Pros:

The room was clean and the shower was good. Breakfast not terrific, but chocolate was great. Parking underground was ideal. Thank you. Overall a good experience.
