Hotel bonito, serviço não amigável
Pros:

Não é um hotel boutique é um pousada, o quarto era bom, limpo e confortável.

Cons:

O banheiro estava em pessimas condições de manuteção, torneira caindo, piso solto. A equipe não foi muito amigável, estavamos com criança no inverno e eles não oferecem room service e também não permitiram a gente receber comida no quarto. Foram zero flexiveis e nada amigáveis.

布置的非常好不愧为精品酒店，位置也好，出门就是景点。

Cons:

电视没信号，早餐很土耳其，对外国人来说吃不惯，都没有香肠一点肉。check in帮你拿箱子，check out 就不管了，整个土耳其都这样，没有电梯的酒店来说帮客人搬运行李应该是服务的必须而不是only住进来的时候。价格是整个土耳其行程最贵的一家酒店了。

Séjour parfait grâce à un accueil exceptionnel, un emplacement idéal et des chambres impeccables!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et le personnel aux petits soins. L'attention portée à chaque détail et la bienveillance des équipes créent une atmosphère vraiment agréable.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec une variété de produits frais et de qualité, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Les chambres étaient d'une propreté irréprochable, confortables et très bien entretenues. C'est un établissement où l'on se sent vraiment bien et où l'on a envie de revenir. Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement ! L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des principales attractions. La chambre était propre et bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est l'accueil exceptionnel : le patron et Dunya ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours prêts à aider et à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Leur attention et leur bienveillance font toute la différence. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nice boutique hotel combining tradition and design. Great breakfast. We wished we had stayed longer.
Pros:

Rooms are big, with balconies, beautiful bathroom. Very good breakfast. Location is also great in the old town, 2 min from the Basilica and the Mosque

This is a beautiful charming hotel. The rooms, the pool, the breakfast area were lovely. The staff warm and so helpful. The location perfect. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit was brought to you while you were at the pool.
