The place is simple and has a lot of charm. But it is especially the staff who cares for you as an attentive mother that stole my heart.

Amazing stay in the historical place
Pros:

Gentleman who served us breakfast(looks like he is the owner) was very kind, breakfast was superb, bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, in the heart of berat. Parking is not available so you have to park nearby, private parking(5euros per day). It could be bit noisy since they have restaurant below rooms, however generally very pleasant stay.

Absolut empfehlenswert, der beste Service und unser bestes albanisches Essen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt hervorragend um die Altstadt von Berat zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel mit viel Liebe restauriert und im Stile der klassischen Bauten Berats. Die Zimmer sind ebenso geschmackvoll und sauber. Herausragend war der Service und das Essen des Restaurants des Hotels, insbesondere gegenüber die vom Eigentümer betriebene Gartenterrasse.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in der wahrscheinlich schönsten Stadt Albaniens.
Pros:

Insgesamt hat alles gepasst - sehr schönes Hotel in der Altstadt, gute Zimmer/Bäder, leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal, zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Wegen der engen Bebauung leider kein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände vorhanden, einige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (ca. 400 LEK), die aber auch zeitweilig voll sind.

Die Lage, das Personal, die Einrichtung und das Essen, der Service, die Marmeladen und die Plettulas zum Frühstück
Wir hatten das Zimmer oben links, sodass es relativ ruhig war, dafür direkt über der Küche. Rundum, war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das es nach Essen (fritiertem) gerochen hat im Zimmer und im Bad etwas muffig.
