Pros:

Все чисто и аккуратно, есть все необходимое. Вежливый персонал, встретят с улыбкой и помогут по любому вопросу. На второй день был дождь, с ресепшена девушка предложила зонт, очень внимательный персонал. 1 раз спросили какой кофе пью по утрам, и каждое утро пока я завтрак себе выбирала кофе уже заваривали и приносили на стол. Очень довольна 😊

номер чистый, завтрак очень вкусный, персонал вежливый, напитки в номере бесплатные, 5 лет подряд если в Ташкенте останавливаюсь только в Наврузе, , огромное спасибо

Pros:

Понравилась кухня, бар. Так же бассейн. Обслуживание на ресепшен, особенно сотрудницы Фухсоры, быстро приняла номер, подсказала где можно перекусить, сделала документы без замечаний.

Отличный отель. С самого момента заселения нас встретил дружелюбный и внимательный персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Бонусом сделали поздний выезд, было очень приятно. Очень вкусный завтрак. Удобная кровать

Уютный красивый отель
Pros:

Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки, отличный кофе.
Мы бронировали номер люкс на нашу большую семью, по приезду оказалось, что система поменяла нам номер на делюкс, куда мы естественно не поместились. Но девочки на ресепшен оперативно решили проблему, заселили нас в смежные номера, что было оказалось даже удобнее.
Чистота в номерах, удобные широкие кровати.

Cons:

В ванной одной из комнат немного подтекала вода из душевой.
Сын забыл в номере в тумбочке телефон, мы связались с отелем после обнаружения пропажи, но телефон не нашли. Вины персонала тут конечно нет, просто хотелось отметить этот факт.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern und mit einer steuerbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
In der Minibar waren verschiedene alkoholfreie Getränke, welche täglich aufgefüllt wurden und zu meiner Überraschung kostenlos waren.
Die Bar war 24/7 geöffnet und die dort angebotenen Speisen waren ausgesprochen lecker.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein deutliches Upgrade vertragen.

Calitate excelenta!
Pros:

."Nota 10 cu felicitări! Nu am absolut nimic de reproșat. Ne-a plăcut totul: curățenia, mâncarea excelentă și, mai ales, căldura cu care am fost primiți de către personal. Este locul ideal pentru o vacanță reușită. Mulțumim pentru găzduire!" Multumesc in special fetelor de la receptie si de la bar,Tamila,Rukhsora si Bonu,Dyiora!

Cons:

Concediul a fost foarte scurt,dar voi reveni cu soguranta in acest loc.
