We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax during our stay. You are able to order food and drinks right to the pool, which was a bonus. We also enjoyed spending time at the restaurant and bar, where the service was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were excellent. Room service was also seamless and fast. Another highlight of our visit was the breakfast.

We also appreciated the complimentary late check-put, which made our departure much more convenient as our flight wasn’t leaving for a few hours yet. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, so having a complimentary baby crib set up for us was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable.

The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and professional, making us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Pros:

Остановились в этой гостинице семьей и остались очень довольны. У нас было забронировано два номера, и с первых минут проживания мы почувствовали внимательное отношение персонала к гостям.
Особенно хочется отметить завтраки – очень вкусные, разнообразные и всегда свежие. Отдельная благодарность повару за отличную кухню. Несколько раз заказывали блюда по меню, и каждый раз все было приготовлено на высоком уровне: вкусно, качественно и с красивой подачей.
Сервис в гостинице заслуживает самой высокой оценки. Персонал всегда вежливый, отзывчивый и готов помочь. Отдельное спасибо менеджерам гостиницы Ашрафу и Дониёру за понимание и заботу о гостях. Поскольку мы путешествовали с ребенком и пожилой мамой, нам бесплатно продлили проживание в номерах еще на 2 часа до выезда в аэропорт. Это было очень удобно и приятно.
Также хочется отметить чистый бассейн и ухоженную зону отдыха вокруг него. Территория аккуратная, комфортная и располагает к спокойному отдыху.
Благодарим всю команду гостиницы за гостеприимство, заботу и высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать гостиницу друзьям и знакомым!

Nicely situated, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Speak good english. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and calen environment. ATM on facility if you need to withdraw soms.
