Das Zimmer war sauber und ganz süß eingerichtet. Der Balkon war ein Traum, riesig und mit aussicht auf den Galataturm. Man kommt vom Hotel aus sehr schnell ins Zentrum der Stadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch ein Wunderschöner Park ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Tag unserer Abreise wurden uns sogar von dem Rezeptionisten Belegte Toastbrots und etwas Obst für die weiterreise eingepackt, das hab ich so noch in keinem Hotel erlebt das ist eine Art von Gastfreundlichkeit die es nur noch selten gibt. Meine erfahrung war mehr als Positiv ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

كانت إقامتي في هذا الفندق رائعة بكل المقاييس. أكثر ما أعجبني هو حسن تعامل موظفي الاستقبال، وبالأخص فرقان، يامور، سامت، ومراد. كانوا في غاية اللطف والترحيب والاحترافية، ودائمًا يستقبلوننا بابتسامة ووجه بشوش، مما جعلنا نشعر بالراحة منذ اللحظة الأولى. كما استقبلونا أمام الفندق عند وصولنا وساعدونا في إنزال الأمتعة من السيارة، وكان ذلك لفتة جميلة تعكس اهتمامهم بالضيوف. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قاموا بترقية إحدى غرفنا من غرفة مزدوجة إلى غرفة ثلاثية بنفس سعر الغرفة المزدوجة، وهي بادرة كريمة نقدرها كثيرًا.

الفطور كان ممتازًا ومتنوعًا، وماكينة القهوة كانت متوفرة طوال اليوم، مع تشكيلة لذيذة من مختلف أنواع القهوة. كذلك كانوا يزودوننا بمياه إضافية كلما احتجنا إليها بكل لطف.

موقع الفندق ممتاز، والغرف هادئة جدًا ولا يوجد بها أي إزعاج، مما وفر لنا إقامة مريحة. كما أن عاملات النظافة كنّ في غاية اللطف، دائمات الابتسامة، ويقمن بعملهن بإتقان واهتمام.

أنصح كل من يزور إسطنبول بالإقامة في هذا الفندق. ستشعر فيه بكرم الضيافة والاهتمام الحقيقي بالضيوف، وكأنك في منزلك. تجربة تستحق التكرار بكل تأكيد

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the reception staff, especially Furkan, Yağmur, Samet, and Murat. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, kind, and always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. They welcomed us outside the hotel upon our arrival and helped us unload our luggage from the car, which gave us a wonderful first impression. They also kindly upgraded one of our rooms from a double room to a triple room while charging us the same price as the double room, which was a very generous gesture that we truly appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The coffee machine was available throughout the day, offering a great selection of tasty coffee drinks. They also provided us with extra bottled water whenever we needed it, always with kindness.

The reception staff were really helpful and the breakfast great.

We arrived at the hotel 5 hours before check-in time but the staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier and they even offered breakfast, which was great as we were both hungry and tired. The staff is very friendly and with a good sense of humour :) The location is amazing!

The location, the warm welcome of the reception staff, and the beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the balcony were all excellent. This is my third time staying at the hotel, and every time I visit Istanbul I will choose to stay at this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the hotel staff.
