Атмосфера Стамбула
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля,все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Персонал превосходный,очень гостеприимные, дружелюбные, всегда готовы помочь,дать совет. Организовали трансфер в/из аэропорта. Завтраки прекрасные,все было вкусно. Поздравили с днём рождения, во время завтрака принесли торт со свечкой,было очень приятно! Большое спасибо за внимание и чуткость. Не смотря на небольшие недостатки, преимуществ гораздо больше, настроение было чудесным, проживание великолепным,отель рекомендую,персоналу спасибо!

Cons:

По ощущениям номер не 17 кв м,как заявлено на сайте,меньше. Ну и вид из окна(фото прилагаю), конечно,на Босфор,но сначала идёт железная дорога,которую и видно,и слышно хорошо.

Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The hotel is close to the main tourist areas.

Pros:

location was great, breakfast had a great variety,room was clean and the staff was very friendly, any questions I had to the staff they helped right away.

Cons:

the only donwside was that the room was kind of small, but if you visit istanbul you should spend most of your day in the city not in the hotel room so it is a very minor detail, otherwise no problems.

Under expectations
Pros:

The hotel’s location was very convenient, with all the main tourist attractions nearby. We were able to walk to most of them.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room we received didn’t match the one we had booked. We had reserved a Superior Double Room, but upon arrival, we were given a choice between a room that looked like the photos (but with a Bosphorus view and a higher price) and an older room on the first floor. Since we didn’t want to pay extra, we chose the older room. It felt like a scam.

The ceiling was low and the space was tight. The bathroom had a sliding door instead of a standard one due to the small space.

Noise was also an issue. Guests in nearby rooms had children who were running around late in the evening, and there was noise from outside as well. In the mornings, we could clearly hear people talking beneath our window.
