Honestly, it was really bad. I would have never chosen the hotel with such ranking but I was in the circumstances where
Pros:

Basically, only the location. And maybe a couple of staff at the reception that were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Avoid the place at all cost. Here is why.
1. I was given room 3501 where I was severely bitten by bed bugs. It is unthinkable that hotel can’t ensure proper basic hygiene standards. It is Turkey, modern country with access to all necessary means to do so. I caught one of the bugs and brought to reception, and I was given another room, luckily without bugs.
2. Me, my sister and my nephew had food poisoning after eating at the hotel. Later we spoke to two more guests who also had it.
Moreover, one of the hotel staff in charge of hammam approached us trying to sell his services. We declined his proposal to buy smth from him saying we are not feeling well. He said: “oh are you throwing up and having diarrhea like everyone else?”. The audacity of this personage left us speechless. So it is a well known fact among the hotel staff that the hygiene standards are poor.
3. There were cockroaches in the restaurant in plain daylight. No one cared.
4. Rooms are old, shabby, not cleaned well, with surfaces covered with stains. Beds mattresses and pillows are firm.
5. There was a compliment bottle of water in the room, which was essentially a reused and refilled bottle. Thanks god I noticed that before drinking.

Kjempe missfornøyde med hotelloppholdet

Egentlig ingenting
Hvis det kan nevnes 1 ting, var det massasjen i kjelleren på hotellet.

Cons:

Lite imøtekommende betjening. Få som kunne snakke engelsk. Betjeningen vasket også til alle døgnets tider rundt bena på oss i
Restauranten/ bassengområdet. Åpningstider i baren stemte ikke med angitte.
Mangel på ting. Som glass, skjeer i restauranten og toalettpapir på rommet.
Maten! Dårlig utvalg, samme mat hvert dag, Ingen info om hva maten var eller inneholdt.
Lite sol ved bassenget. Sengene var også opptatt kl 8 da folk la fra seg håndklær. Selv med forbudt skilt.
Kjempe lavt toalett på rommet.

Virkelig skuffende ophold
Pros:

Dejligt værelse, 2-3 sødt personale ( receptionisten og Tarik i bar/restaurant ) beliggenheden er fin, men uhhh et slidt gammelt hotel.

Cons:

Hvor skal vi starte. Pool området er for småt, personalet gør ikke rent ved bordene eller rydder op, maden er gennemført en joke, har været på mange all incl hoteller, men har aldrig oplevet så ringe mad nogensinde. Rengøringen er også helt væk, vi boede der i 15 dage og fik gjort rent 4 gange på værelset. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse på dette hotel, pånær få lyspunkter i forhold til 2-3 personale.

Frisør og Hamam var veldig greit. Respektfullt personale av begge kjønn. Alltid folk i resepsjonen.

Cons:

Litt lite kjøtt i buffeen.

Pros:

It is an older hotel, but having said that, the stay was actually fine - there was good and very varied food both morning, noon and evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. A big plus is that the hotel is very close to the beach. Very Turkish hotel - said and experienced in a positive way. Would actually book the same hotel again.

Pros:

We had a great holidays at Kleopatra Beach Hotel. People, who works there are friendly and nice, working hard and always smiling.

Best location ever. Just few min walk to the beach. Beach n.5 have a great price for 2 sead and umbrella ,6 e. So don't go to the beach n.3 which hotel is recommend. They charge more.

About food, we were 2 adults and 2 years old toddler. For us food was good, every day some meat /chiken , potato, rise and so on. But for a child, there was limited options since many spaces added. So ,if u travelling with a small kid, keep in mind , hotel food might not be suitable sometimes . But there is many restaurants around ,where u can get smth extra.


Room was clean , cleaning every day.

We had a great time, thank you !

Low cost place which requires some refurbishment and cisine upgrade, although with great location
Pros:

The good things about the hotel:
- location (good access to the sandy beach and most of Alanya's infrastructure, including walking alley along the beach and the main street, shops, restaurants, etc.)
- low cost
- the swimming pool was good
- the bar and drinks were not bad (free beer, whiskey, coke, sprite, etc.)
- the staff was friendly

Cons:

The bad things about the hotel:
- The cuisine was really bad (we barely selected what we could enjoy as food)
- rooms were bad too (doors definitely need repairing works)
- beds were uncomfortable (especially pillows and blankets)
