A shadow of its former self, vastly inferior experience compared to its online portrayal.
Cons:

My recent stay at this hotel was profoundly disappointing. It appears the property has completely changed, Even the name has changed. The reality was starkly different from the images presented online. The ambience depicted in the photos is nowhere to be found. The room itself was poorly maintained. There was no window curtain, a bed sheet was haphazardly serving as a window covering in lieu of proper curtains.
The service was equally abysmal. A simple food order, initially promised within 15-20 minutes, took over an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. To add insult to injury, the waiter couldn't even provide a spoon, claiming they weren't a restaurant and had sourced the food from a neighboring establishment. I had to call to the manager to get the spoon.
